Re: Terror in Dublin?
The politics of revenge are garbage. I was a lifelong Democrat until 2015 but I wasn't a radical. That is what I have learned about myself. These people who go around calling people racists, in order to get their way, don't actually know how to create a functioning society. They were born into safet...

Re: Terror in Dublin?
This is a very interesting topic. I think that disparate people don't come together to build a civilization, similar people do. And so as societies do become more cosmopolitan, they will come more to resembling an economic zone. There will be less social cohesion, more atomization, and people will g...

Re: What do you think of Canelo vs Benavidez
It could be Munguia according to Paulie Malignaggi.
Someone else was saying after the fight that the longer Canelo puts it off, the worse it will be for him. Does he want to fight him now at 168 lbs or later at 175?

Is it too early to look forward to the weekend? I would convince my dad to order the fights when I was younger by talking about them all week long. Then by Saturday he would be enticed and order them on the remote control. https://youtu.be/VdbwiM2tAPI?si=tVY1kzYs5QQm07__ https://youtu.be/14GPSisO7c0...

I don't think we'll get rid of the Furys. Their kids will be entertaining our kids just like Meezy Mayweather, future ATG.
(I think the poll looks like the middle finger to Fury).

I don't know. He may choose to pursue that IBF belt instead. He will say about Wilder that he is 38, inactive, lost the trilogy to Fury and he has no belts. And then he will choose to pursue Hrgovic instead.

Re: 23rd Dec - Joshua/Wallin & Wilder/Parker & Bivol/Rivera
So this is the warmup for Hrgovic who was given the lowest-ranked opponent on the event? The problem with the card as I see it is that they all have clear favorites other than maybe Makhmudov vs Kabayel. I don't know these guys very well but they have similar records.

Re: 23rd Dec - Joshua/Wallin & Wilder/Parker & Bivol/Rivera
This card could be redeemed if the promoters announce that Joshua vs Wilder is next. If they both win their fights it will lead to Joshua Wilder. Some people didn't like when Fury announced Fury vs Usyk before Ngannou fight but I liked it b/c it showed that this isn't pointless, that it is leading t...

I don't care about anything Fury says. What if he loses the fight? Then are we supposed to care?
I care only that the fight got signed, after Spence vs Crawford, and just before to Canelo vs Benavidez.

Re: Tyson Fury vs. Oleksandr Usyk - 17 February 2024
Well he did say he wouldn't fight him because he wasn't an English speaker, one of the dumbest things I've ever heard so you cannot blame people for thinking that. He also said that his hardest fight was vs a slippery former cruiserweight Cunningham. But he gave Usyk plenty of motivation yesterday. ...

2 awesome fights I guess Pereira is a slight favorite. That's right where does utopia exist? Maybe for one side it is the past and for the other is in the future. I seem to recall that all civilizations fall. What do you know about that science?
