Re: Round-by-Round: Oleksandr Usyk vs. Rico Verhoeven - 23 May 2026

Ref jumped in to save him real quick.

Had that Rico stayed on his feet 3 more minutes he'd have won. They can't be having that. They don't mind putting on a gimmick but they won't allow the gimmick to win.

Re: Fury will KO AJ too....

Joshua is too big, strong and heavy to be pressured and bullied like Wilder was.

Wilder also just can't box like Joshua.

The only way he'd knock him out is if he exhausted and stopped him otherwise points would be the way to go.

Re: Tyson Fury vs Anthony Joshua in the nearest possible future (late 2020 - somewhere in 2021)

I'd say probably Fury. It's completely different from fighting Wilder. Wilder can't box for shit, he was getting out boxed by that scrub Washington. His freak power helps him out. So for someone like Fury whose so exceptionally skilled it shows a huge difference. But Joshua actually is highly skille...

Just out of curiosity, was this the first time Wilder was ever knocked down in his pro career? Because they never said that during the US commentary I watched and you'd think they would.

Not sure why people are hating on Joshua, given the opportunity he'll absolutely take that fight without hesitation.

I have no idea who will win but Fury will have a much much harder time with Joshua than Wilder.

Very happy he won, that's justice for the last robbery.

Now he needs to fight Joshua.

I want Fury to win but I'm sure he'll lose by a KO this time around. Maybe Round 3 or 4.

Re: KSI vs. Logan Paul II - November 9, 2019

People complain about these fights but yet again it was genuinely entertaining, more so than most professional fights. Their inexperience helps make the fight exciting because they just go for it. I had no idea who won the fight. It did look to me like KSI should have been given the knockdown. At th...

Re: is a wilder vs fury rematch pretty much certain?

Biased much? I believe that Wilder would be more than happy to take a rematch with Fury down the line. I am not convinced that Fury would be as happy to take the rematch. I certainly could be wrong. What bias? He almost got beat by old man Ortiz. They halted the start of Round 8 to buy Wilder some ...

Yep and that thing is why Fury only got a draw.

Corruption to make sure Wilder keeps the belt because he's the only American heavyweight of any worth for them over there.

 “Wilder won’t take the risk again?” That’s rich. Fury is VERY unlikely to risk getting knocked clean out again any time soon. Everyone already knows Wilder lost that fight. Fury isn't even at his best. Wilder would never take that risk a second time. What risk? Fury poses far less risk than A...

Unlikely, Wilder won't take the risk again. He was lucky that there were corrupt judges on his side this time but people will be on to it now. “Wilder won’t take the risk again?” That’s rich. I'd say AJ.

Fury may be able to outbox Wilder and make him look like a novice but Joshua is actually a good boxer and can also punch.

Of course he was. All they want is that rematch money.

As soon as they did the interviews all they could ask them about is the rematch, when's the rematch! Is there gonna be a rematch! Where will the rematch be!

Pathetic.

Re: Round-by-Round: Deontay Wilder vs. Tyson Fury - December 1, 2018

You could see it in Wilders face as soon as the fight ended that he knew he'd lost. That was the face of a man who knew full well he'd been outclassed. I'm sure if he had that look on his face, it was because he did not deliver a KO in the end, not because he thought he lost. No it wasn't. He looke...
