Been a fan of his for a good while.
I definitely Look forward to his future bouts.

Re: Conor McGregor vs. Max Holloway 2 | UFC 329 - July 11, 2026

I don't quite get why Conor would reason out that throwing a jumping Scissor Kick would be an ideal beginning approach to this mma bout. Especially if his leg was already in a Legit compromised condition, which I believe was the case. I kinda get him doing that, being that he has that certain intern...

Re: Gene Tunney vs. Joe Choynski

Definitely would Strongly favor "Gene Tunney" in this bout.

The guy was quite ahead of his time, in the overall skill set aspect of analysis.

He incorporated Alot of backward running sprints into his training regimen/program.

His footwork was simply astounding, to say the least.

Re: Jim Braddock vs. Scott LeDoux

I'd pick Braddock as well, by a fairly clear cut decision. Only The prime peak form version of Braddock though. His pro boxing career was overall, rather mysterious. When he reached his full potential/prime, it had a very brief shelf-life, due to him developing chronic arthritis. Personally I regard...

Re: Joe Louis versus Ken Norton

I'm going to predict Louis by 10th round Ko. Not likely to be an early rounds Ko for Louis simply because of Louis's More typically "Methodically aggressive" approach. Obviously there were bouts where Louis basically Had to take a Quicker Starter/Frontrunner, almost Swarmer approach due to...

Rocky Graziano vs Juan Roldan

This would be a great mauling brawling classic. Two very evenly matched exciting to watch Middleweights, who were unfortunately both fighting in an unfortunate era, respectively. Graziano had Sugar Ray Robinson in his era, as well as Marcel Cerdan, Tony Zale, and Jake LaMotta, even though he never g...

Re: Pipino Cuevas versus Buddy McGirt

I'd pick McGirt, but not with overwhelming confidence, but rather, by something like 3 to 2 odds. Even the absolute prime version of Cuevas. Cuevas could certainly land one of his patented vicious hooks and end it around the 12th round, but I see it being just a bit more likely that we would've seen...

Re: What if? Virgil Hill vs. Iran Barkley

Based on the specific styles elements I'd go with Virgil Hill in this specific hypothetical. Even though Hearns beat Hill and Barkley beat Hearns, twice, I think that Hill methodically outboxes Barkley and Avoids getting hit very directly with a Very Big Punch. Hill very likely wins a 7-4-1 or 7-5 t...

Re: Max Baer versus Joe Frazier

I'd pick Frazier to win by an 8th round Tko, shortly after decking Baer a couple of times in that round. I think that this would be a relatively good bout and surprisingly competitive for the first 4 or 5 rounds though. Also, Baer "Could Very Possibly" put Frazier on the deck, very early i...

John Conteh vs Victor Galindez

I just watched a new video episode last night, from Rich the Fight Historian, featuring former LHW(175 lb) champion boxer, John Conteh. Very unfortunate about how Conteh's life and boxing career spiralled downhill, especially after he was in a near fatal vehicle accident, while still in the prime of...

Re: Floyd Patterson vs. Gregorio Peralta

I'd favor Patterson in this one but I wouldn't count out Peralta to pull off a minor level upset, which it would be if he won.
I'm basically at 60-40 in favor of Patterson.
Whoever wins it's very likely going the distance.
A draw is very plausible as well.

Re: Tomasz Adamek vs Guillermo Jones

After watching highlights of Guillermo Jones vs Lebedev, my conclusion would be that Adamek would be too elusive, skillfull, and effectively volume punching his way to a clear cut decision win over the noticeably plodding style of Guillermo Jones. Guillermo had his way with the likewise plodding fla...

Bobby Czyz vs Juan Roldan

At 160. 12 Rounds. Neutral location. I'm going to go with Czyz in this one. I think he wins a close but clear cut decision. He'd get very lumped up versus the strong brawler Roldan, but skills pay the bills and Czyz was at least a step above Roldan in that category. Also, Czyz probably actually had ...

Sergio Martinez vs Joe Calzahge

At 168. 12 rounds. Neutral location. Prime Calzahge should likely win by a relatively close but fairly clear cut decision but the brittle hands version is probably in for a terribly tough night. I'd actually go with Martinez versus That Version of Calzahge. As in, a clear cut decision win for Sergio...

Edwin Viruet vs Robin Blake

At 135 lbs. 12 Rounder. Neutral location. My prediction would be a relatively close decision win for Viruet. Some may say, no, he'd win every round versus Blake, but imo, it's a very styles based clash, and with Robin being such a tall Lightweight, at 5'11, along with more than decent power and spee...

Tommy Morrison vs Andrew Golota

12 rounds(Neutral Location) Based on the styles aspects, I'd slightly favor Golota in this bout. I don't think that Golota would be petrified by Morrison like he was versus Lewis. Golota was actually hanging in there rather decently versus Mike Tyson until he got caught. Somehow, even though I can s...

Re: Lomachenko Making a Return in 2026

If he could drop down to 130, I think he'd have a good chance to reclaim the Jr Lightweight strap. Those Young Tigers at 135 might be just a bit too much for the 38 year old Lomachenko. Personally I'd Love to see a bout with him versus Inoue. They'd Both make Super Mega Paychecks. Both could theoret...

Re: Round-by-Round: Gilberto Ramirez vs. David Benavidez | PPV - May 2, 2026

Though Zurdo is not known for his punching power, Benavidez has a chin on him as well. Zurdo may have -probably- landed more in those 6 rounds, than his entire fight against Bivol. Also even with that amount of power punches and freaking combinations, Benavidez didn't crack Zurdo's chin literally. ...

Re: How would you rate Marciano if Tiger Ted Lowry got the decision?

Not sure where this is coming from. Never heard anywhere that the Leonard-Shields fight was even that close. It was in a boxing magazine, Way back in the early 1980's, during an interview with "Randy Shields". He described the big build up for they're pro bout in 1978 and how Leonard's Si...

Re: How would you rate Marciano if Tiger Ted Lowry got the decision?

And it really depends on who is judging the fights to be honest. Some judges prefer actual boxing while other judges prefer aggressive fighters. It's one of those fights that will be a mystery cuz there is no film on it so nobody can make their own judgments. The only thing I know about Ted Lowry w...

15 rounder at 140.

This would be a tremendous treacherous bout for both boxers.

A great bout for boxing fans.

I'd expect it to look overall like an even match throughout and could go either way, especially down the stretch.
