I had it 3-1 Parker but it was clear the momentum was with Ryder.
You could get 11/4 on Ryder pre-fight on the exchange, up there with the craziest boxing odds I’ve seen. Wish I’d had more than £20 on it.

Re: Round-by-Round: Dillian Whyte vs. Jermaine Franklin | DAZN - 26 November 2022
Feel like I’ve said this a thousand times. Hard to call a close fight a robbery but I had Franklin 115-113. It wouldn’t be a problem if these type of fights do go either way but they never do. They go to the fighter who will make more money for everyone is their next fight having won, every single t...

Re: Round-by-Round: Josh Taylor vs. Jack Catterall | Sky Sports - 26 February 2022
I’ve been pissed off at refereeing decisions before, as we all have but I really feel this one is on a whole different level. Say for example, when GGG didn’t get the decision in their first fight, I thought that was a joke but it didn’t really impact on GGG’s legacy or earning potential. This is di...

Re: Tyson Fury vs. Deontay Wilder III - 9 October 2021
I'm not sure Wilder is racist himself but the vast majority of his fans in this fight certainly are. I think he has just attached himself to whatever bandwagon would indulge him. The Malcolm X brigade who are very vocal on twitter and youtube will ditch him for Gevronta Davis after this.. Does seem...

Re: Anthony Fowler vs. Scott Fitzgerald - 30 March 2019
I had Fitzgerald winning 1,4,6,7,8 and 10 with the last of those obviously being 10-8.
No complaints at Fitzgerald by 1 rather than 3 but it was a relatively clear win IMO.

Re: Adam Smith commentary
It’s like they make a decision pre-fight who they want to support and what they want to continually comment on. Last night it was Fowler and his jab. If you wasn’t watching the fight you’d have thought he was absolutely dominating after 3 rounds and it just wasn’t the case. Shows how out of touch Sk...

Re: Round-by-Round: WBSS 168 Final - George Groves vs. Callum Smith - 28 September 2018
I had it 3 each in fairness. 5th and 6th I thought Groves was starting to get into a bit of Rhythmn but that was brutal finishing from Smith. Reckon they’d be much appetite for a cash out fight for both Groves and DeGale? It’s the only fight I can see either really getting themselves up for at this ...

Sky Sports boxing presenters. It must have took significant effort to find a set of such dislikeable people - Smith, Nelson, Bellew, Froch. Macklin is by far and away the best they’ve got. The amount of belts nowadays, particularly the WBA situation. Mendoza has continually and completely bullshitte...

Frankie Gavin has been made the Spanish bloke's mandatory.
Skeete is a level above Gavin at this stage IMO so I can't see him causing him much trouble.

Re: WHO WINS? Jamie Cox vs. John Ryder
I had Ryder beating both Arnfield and Fielding. Both were close but he was very unlucky to come out from both without a result.
That being said, I fancy Cox to win this one.

I'm pretty sure that's Russian time.
The latest a game kicks off over here is 7pm. Would be finished well before the main event even with ET and penalties.
Might work out quite well with half the country out on the piss as well.

Re: Joshua-Parker Worst Ref I've Ever Seen !
Spoiled the fight for me and didn’t help either fighter.
Parker needed to get inside to have any joy with Joshua’s reach advantage but there was a few times where he broke them up when Joshua looked to be on the cusp of landing.

Re: Who scored it for Eubank Jr?
I watched it live at the arena on Saturday and then again just now and both times I had it 8-4 Groves although I do think there was a knockdown (in the 10th I think?) so 116-111. I don’t think it was as one sided as some have made out but you always felt Groves had everything in control up until his...

Re: WBSS Super-Middleweight Final - O2 Arena on 2 June 2018
If I was Degale, I'd fight the loser of Eubank v Groves which would still be a huge fight in the UK and generate a big purse(particularly Groves), and then call it day.

I thought the scorecards for Ward Kov I were correct
I had Frampton v Santa Cruz I as a draw.
I had Chisora beating Whyte fairly comfortably.

I watched it in a pub with no commentary and didn’t read any of the comments on here until just and I had it 114-114.
I do feel if anyone nicked it, it was Smith but the 116-112 and 117-111 card seem far too wide.

Re: Where now for Jamie Cox
Cox did okay and took the fight to Groves but to say he had him hurt and troubled is misleading. Groves always looked comfortable and Cox look knackered after the second. I can't really believe anyone would have had Cox ahead, I thought Groves took the 1st and 3rd pretty comfortable with Cox nicking...
