Re: Price - Harrison Predictions.
Price in four. He might be wary early doors though. Audley, if he even bothers throwing, could still cause plenty of unrest.

Re: Enzo Maccarinelli vs Ovill McKenzie 11th Nov?!?!?!? C
Yep, I've heard it's Ajisafe. They've been looking for an opponent for him the last few weeks. Seems as though Ovill fancies it! Could be a really awkward and messy fight, though.

Exactly. He's a bit like Junior Witter 2.0. World-class fighter, dangerous on his day, but zero marketability.saturday_kid wrote:Cos however good he is Olusegan is relatively unknown, and has no fanbase

Re: What next for Tom Dallas
Larry vs Tom would be a great 'sort the men from the boys' kind of fight. The winner moves on, the loser goes home. Do it over eight or ten rounds. I liked Dallas' attitude before, during and after that Price defeat, so I'd like to see him do well. He seems almost too honest for his own good at time...

Re: Haye sparring partners.
Haye has often said he spars to work on stuff, not to go out and dominate fighters as there would be no point to sparring. So when someone like Helenius says he held his own, its more a case Haye wasn't going all out. So I wouldn't read anything into it. True. Or is it more a case of Helenius telli...

All that and they've probably only beaten two, maybe three world-class fighters between them. Take away Joe C, and I'd make that grand total...zero. rees beat m'baye who was on the fringes of world class. calzaghe beat kessler, lacy, hopkins, roy jones, bika, mitchell, brewer, reid and eubank....i'...

Given how nathan cleverley has just been declared world champ it may be worth discussing about enzo's legacy as a trainer. Much was said about him being unable to train anyone but joe but heres a list of fighters he trained Joe Calzaghe - Unbeaten world champ Gavin Rees - World Champ at one weight,...

Re: cleverley wants Hopkins next .........
Cleverly is basically Enzo Maccarinelli, minus the power, but blessed with a better chin. They have the same flaws and have been trained (badly) the same way.
Hopkins-Cleverly would be embarrassing. Cleverly really doesn't want to go there.

You need to do a lot more than beat Paul Smith to be 'potential world class'. Sorry.
He may get there in the end, but Saturday night showed just how carried away we all get.

If anyone represents all that's wrong with matchmaking this decade it's Paul Smith. Heavily protected, padded and eased into soft title matches - a career built on stats, rather than standout wins or learning fights. This guy lost to Steve Bendall, for Christ's sake. That would all be fine, of cours...

I cannot understand this - there was no sign of a "khancott" on Saturday - even though the undercard looked shoddy and it was scheduled to be on SBO. So why the "he's fecking us over now" - the bill is exactly the same, same cost etc..... is the Khancott really to do with the is...

No he won't.
I stopped listening to Eddie Hearn when he used mentally unstable former Olympic gold medallist to boost his own profile and ego a few months back. Everything Hearn said for those eight weeks made me reach for the sick bag.

Re: A disgrace not mentioning Burn's win on Ringside last night
It was best swept under the carpet. A farce of a fight and nowhere near a 'world title' clash. Also, as much as like Ricky Burns, it turned out to be one hell of a dull fight fight in the end. What more was there to say?

I really hope FW has something to say about this. Chisora would have provided a much better challenge than most people expect.
