To be honest, I didn't think he'd sell more than 20,000. I always thought he'd sell upwards of 40,000. The opponent was almost irrelevant. It's Ricky's first fight in 3 years in England and I think people want to go for the atmosphere, the night out and the experience as much as for the actual figh...

Wasn't close the first time, seems pointless.

A rematch with his last opponent would be better or someone new.

I remember you telling me that Hatton would only be able to sell 10,000 - 15,000 tickets for a fight with Lazcano. Had to smile when I saw on pre sales alone he'd sold 15,000.....then in 4 hours this figure had hit 42,000 and is now around 46,000. Anything to say now? (Not about the fight, purely ab...
