The only way that Alan Minter wins this fight is at Wembley Stadium in London, England. Outside of England, I will pick Rodrigo "Rocky" Valdez.

I differ here. After all the bombing by the great Tommy Hearns, somehow gets careless and discouraged a la Iran "The Blade" Barkley fight.
A left hook by Rubin "Hurricane" Carter and that's all she wrote. The same scenario of the Barkley fight.

Re: Sandy Saddler vs Alexis Arguello
Sandy Saddler, a great featherweight and one of the greatest boxers of all-time, but his style was perfect for someone like the great Explosive Thin Man Alexis Arguello. It would be Arguello vs Escalera I and II all over again. A bloody mess with Arguello giving the best shots. Arguello by knockout ...

I remember exactly where I was when I saw this upset. It was a totally unbelievable upset in my lifetime. Anderson to this day, I have not seen nothing like it. James "Buster" Douglas fought a great and brilliant fight. He wasn't scared of The Baddest Man on the Planet named Iron Mike Tyso...

It's going to happen the same thing that happened to his country man Fighting Harada. He got to fight out of Japan.
That's why Manny Pacquiao is rated. He came to America and fought the very best.

Punch for punch, and chin for chin, I would pick George Chuvalo. He was ten times more hombre than Tommy Morrison.
In a great slugfest, Chuvalo by knockout in 6.

I got to go with Matthew Hilton on this one. I liked Donald Curry. He was a terrific boxer. But, Hilton would be too strong and powerful at 154lbs.
Curry's chin will betray him. Hilton by knockout in 9 rounds.

Re: Joe Louis vs Gene Tunney
Joe Louis would be fighting one of the smartest boxers ever in Gene Tunney. Tunney was a thinking man's fighter. He was just like Sugar Ray Leonard and Michael Spinks who had a strategy before and during the fight. If there's a trilogy, Tunney wins the first fight by decision. It won't be surprising...

Re: Carlos Zarate vs Miguel Lora
A great fight here. But, I think Carlos Zarate's strength and conditioning would be too much against Miguel Lora.
Zarate hits too hard and throws a lot of text-book impressive combinations. This fight could be over by the tenth, even though, Lora was a complete boxer.

A rematch has to happen, and it did. Even though, the great Larry Holmes of Easton, PA wasn't the Undefeated Heavyweight Champion of the World anymore, he demanded a rematch. But, in the eyes of many, what really Holmes got to prove? He has been champion for 7 years, he made a lot money, he is a mil...
