Re: What happened to Dennis Andries?

I saw a rare recent photo of Dennis today. Andries hands are absolutely huge! Still looks like you wouldn’t want to get on the wrong side of him even at 71 I was with him at The London Ex Boxers LEBA on Sunday, YES his hands and knuckles are massive! If anyone would want to come and Join LEBA let m...

19-19 :oo

What you reckon Martin ? :maybe:
nightmare to score, Jazza busier, Zelfa classier - I think it's 3-3 thru '6.
I had Jazza 98-92/97-93
He was the busier landed the better shots and looked class.

Re: Anton Haskins, son of Lee Haskins, how far will he go? Seems very confident

not seen him. Likely a talented boxer if like his father, but only one stoppage so far, not sure if that is due to learning on the game, turning over young, little am experience, or not, but if only 1 KO in 11/12, likely to be a harder sell. Have you seen any of his fights? I did enjoy watching Has...

Has a corner ever thrown a towel in, only for a ref to ignore it, and that boxer gone on to win ?? Graham Earl vs Michael Katsidis Johnny Emaes threw the towel in after Earl hit the canvas for the 3rd time and Micky Vann threw it back out, seconds later Earl put Katsidis over... fast tracking is nice, but sometimes it goes a little too fast ivan drago was a beast of a fighter, but thrown in with a vastly more experienced world level opponent in his debut, and that eventually showed as drago started bright but was ground down late in a grueeling fight. drago with even 5 fig...

Anyone remember Helder Ali? Warren signed him and was meant to become the 2nd coming of Naz. Haider Ali, decent amateur, relocated half way around the world, then in my opinion they messed up his matchmaking and put him too deep too early which didn’t help.. look at the guys he fought compared to t...

Not everyone gets Ko'd and hit the back of the head off the canvas, im sure it would be the front of the head that would need it, including the face and Ribs. Maybe it would be easier to make Boxing a Non-Contact Sport

Just announced on Sky that Lerrone Richards defends his belts against Willy Hutchinson on December 5th. I’m guessing the commentator cocked that up somehow. Can we include Marvin Hagler in this? :maybe: Drew his 18th and lost his 27th; not so early in terms of fights but that was in the first 3 years of his career. 62-3-2 Any that did beat him or drew to he won the rematch except his Final fight against Ray Leonard.
