Re: Where does Tony Bellew go from here?

To answer the question, I'll come back and learn from the mistakes made, I went in with the best in the division in his backyard.. I'll remove myself from the diet I've been on for the lasr 6 years and make my move upwards in weight.. Expect me to be in some real exciting fights in the new weight di...

Re: Where does Tony Bellew go from here?

I said I would be back on here the day after the fight and I'm a man of my word, I lost to the better man last night and maybe I'm not as good as I think I am or could be? The plan was to take him into the later rounds and capitalise on his fitness levels but he caught me and fair play to him.. He i...

Re: Bellew V Stevenson

To answer all questions will take too long, the fight is virtually done.. I can't say I've signed it cos that would be a lie but it's all wrote up and the presser is set up.. This fight is happening and I'll gladly fight the Russian too.. I'll dodge no one.. :TU: I should also state the WBC have stu...

Re: Bellew V Stevenson

Can I ask you an honest question Tony? Watching him this weekend did realise that he was better than you first possibly originally thought he was? The reason I ask is because in the past you didnt seem to think he had any real boxing ability and that he was mainly a very hard puncher. Anyway cheers...

Re: Bellew V Stevenson

Out of interest who is the wbc number 2 just in case stevenson decides to drop the belt? Pascal and then Bute and then Dawson. Cheers bellew probably has a better chance against a faded dawson in l'pool but if i'm being honest i'd still fancy dawson no offence to tony or followers. No offence taken...

Re: Bellew V Stevenson

It won't even be close, Bellew is geting stopped inside 6 rounds IMO! Mortgage the house, sell the car, get Wonga'd up and get on, get on indeed! This is like buying money! As I said on Twitter 3 months ago, if Bellew win this I'll staple my cock to the kitchen table! Get ready to loose your goldfi...

Re: Tonight's Sky Panel

Miranda is certainly showing a lot more here than he did against Bellew, probably getting a half decent wage for this one compared too the pittance Hearn will of paid him. Also probably had a decent amount of time to prepare aswell! To be honest Bellew didnt exactly light the world on fire in that ...

Re: Dean Powell

I don't think Dean was really himself on camera in interviews. He was perhaps too aware of what he was saying and didn't want to upset anyone. In the corner he was great - clear, insightful and forceful. He knew when he was needed and when he wasn't. Very much in the Dennie Mancini mould. Although ...

Re: Punching Harder at a Higher Weight

Turnt into a bomber thread! I believe bellew could be effective up at cruiser & it would be intresting to see how the speed of the smaller guys have improved him because even as a heavy he wasn't renowned for his speed. 14-4 is very high for him imo, like he said 13-7 would be very natural beca...

Re: Punching Harder at a Higher Weight

I watched Ricky train with Billy on numerous occasions, well over 20 times.. I never ever seen them doing stuff for losing weight really, he trained with Billy like a maniac! He was amazingly fit he really was.. I believe Ricky and Billy were made for each other and that without each other they woul...

Re: Punching Harder at a Higher Weight

Kovalev doesn`t look like a guy who takes every risk in the book to land his own. He looks like an excellent boxer who does not leave himself wide open, but applies constant controlled pressure until he gets to the guy he`s fighting. It's my opinion pal.. That's what I see when I watch him, You obv...

One thing I know about Bomber is that he fears no-one. Whether that is a good or bad thing remains to be seen. He is as brave as they come. You know me too well my friend, He's just a man with 2 arms like me pal.. Even better that he's not a slippery southpaw who likes to run away.. He is the perfe...

Whats your take on the Cleverley situation bomber?
