aside the arguments on here -id like to ask Carl what happened with the fight with Conquest and why are you not contesting the Commonwealth title? I think Paul will do it, we have always been quick to have a go at each other on here but I've got a feeling he will do it! Kenny Anderson was doing really well until he ran out of steam! Don't get me wrong I don't think groves is chinny far from it but from what it looked like to me is he struggled...

We do 45 to 50 mins of kettel bell drills in our gym 20 reps then change the exercise with no rest just keep going! It's an absolute killer! Great for strengh muscle endurance and cardio
