Ridiculous if true. Either back yourself, take the fight and move onto bigger fights and paydays or be quiet. It’s a big mistake by Isaac not jumping at this fight. What are his alternatives?

Re: Hughie Fury might fight Whyte afterall.

Hearn spoke to Peter lastnight and they don't want it till April, so its in play for a later date. Stick a poll on this, I'm interested in seeing how the board thinks it will play out... If that is the case then I can't see it happening. I would imagine that February would be attractive for Whyte b...

Re: Hughie Fury might fight Whyte afterall.

Good fight if it actually happens. If Whyte can cut off the ring he wins by late stoppage. If not, could see Hughie win on points. However I'm not sure it happens. May be difficult to sell tickets especially after the YouTube shambles and I doubt the money is there. Whyte will be looking for decent ...

...guilty of believing his own hype. Doesn't live the life and he's paying for it. He didn't rate Truax before the fight and thoroughly deserved to lose. Re: Fights You Regret Staying Late Up For

I used to stay awake so much more. These days I set the alarm, go to bed around nine, wake up and watch it live, then maybe have a few more hours kip if it's a fight I'm looking forward to. If it's one I want to see but aren't that bothered about I just record and watch in the morning. I don't know...

Re: Schaefer vs Hearn

Do you think Fwank could do the equivalent nowadays given how times have changed? I think the litmus will be how he promotes Frampton. I really hope Frank and BT are successful but I can't see Frampton being the driving force. He is very popular in Belfast etc but this is a tiny market and he isn't...

that was proper cringey, who are all these hangers on to TEAM FURY? Brothers, cousins and Clifton Mitchell. Was embarrassing by Hughie and he was clearly being egged on by his cronies to take the belt etc. He just wanted to act the big man in the family for once having been in Tyson's shadow all hi...

Joshua had never fought anyone remotely world class before Klitschow. If you are good enough you are old enough, also how many good gatekeepers are out there to bring Hughie along? Yeah, I think that is all valid and because he is not a charasimatic ticket seller - the good gatekeepers will not fig...

Jesus this fight is more painful to watch than it is for the fighters. Delaying this won't increase the PPV buys.

This is a groundbreaking fight. It will be the first PPV fight on YouTube and the first PPV fight where the undercard outsells the main event. Hope it still actually happens.

Re: WHO WINS? Dillian Whyte vs. Jarrell Miller

I think you guys are pinning a lot based on the Washington fight. Washington gave up in that fight. He is also not a puncher like Whyte is. Millar came forward because Washington had nothing of substance to prevent him from doing so. I see Whyte cracking through Millar's weak guard and breaking him...

Re: Ricky Hatton accuses Eddie Hearn of deliberately giving his fighters maximum advantage; Browne rejects Joshua underc

I genuinely don't think this is a tactic but rather a symptom of incompetence on the part of Matchroom. Hatton is giving Hearn too much credit and many of his stable criticise Hearn for the lack of preparation they get themselves for a fight. He does indeed leave it late to announce opponents but th...

Re: Arum, Team Parker Outraged Over Referee For Fury Defense

Seems as if Hennessy isn't completely incompetent after all. Terrible Tel has done the Furys favours in the past with the McDermott fight and stopping the Kassi fight on a cut etc. This is a huge plus for Hughie and may well decide the fight before a glove is thrown.

Why would he want to make Hatton look bad Browne is a petulant child who does nothing but complain about Hatton saying what a poo promoter he is etc. He is continually retweeting criticism of Hatton on Twitter. It's very odd considering Hatton has seemingly done a good job with him. Has he done a g...

Tyson is hugely popular, but sadly only with his fanboy cockriders. His Batman stunt and the associated pretending by Peter and co that they knew nothing about it was one of the most cringeworthy episodes in boxing. He would however be a good foil for Eddie to use to promote a fight vs AJ and it wou...

Re: HUGHIE FURY VS JOSEPH PARKER ON YOUTUBE PPV ? PLUS LESS THAN 1000 TICKETS SOJTTD

The real problem with AJ getting caught with 8oz of weed is that he was being well paid by Team GB and the National Lottery to concentrate on boxing and win medals. It was an incredibly stupid thing to do and he was treated extremely leniently both by the courts and by Team GB. The parallels with Ty...

Rather than this being the end of PPV it is actually the beginning and The likes of YouTube and Netflix will be big players in the future. This farce of a fight however could be the end of Hennessy and the Furys and they cannot possibly come close to recouping their costs. More people will watch rep...

Re: Is the Fury v Parker going to be a hard sell?

How is Hennessey going to comeback from this disaster, surely he is set to lose around £2 million pounds and even if Hughie is to win and fight AJ or wilder next Hennessey is not going to get his millions back for a long while. Good assessment. However Hennessy's millions? He doesn't have any money...
