I think Joshua is generally rated above Pulev, and I'd expect a sizable majority to consider AJ the better fighter. From discussions on various forums, I don't think Pulev is usually considered to be in the top tier with guys like Wlad, Povetkin, Wilder and AJ. Even Parker seems to get rated higher...
