Live Facebook / YouTube shows

I know we have a few promoters over here that do a lot of these, MTK, VIP etc. Any others that I’m missing?

Does anyone know if there are similar ones in America? Getting a new job soon where my work shifts will allow me more to fit in more live boxing 😂

Re: David Haye - WBA Regular

How come he was only Regular if there wasn’t a Super at the time?

David Haye - WBA Regular

Trying to look back at his reign at a Heavyweight

Did Haye have the Regular version or the Super?

It doesn’t say on Wikipedia but says Wlad became Super Champion when he beat Haye

Re: Matchroom’s huge announcement

The worldwide stable of fighters got me thinking.

Maybe a link up with one of the big boys over there? Getting some of their up and coming talent over here on some shows and some of ours over there?

Maybe a deal where they get Hearn shows and we get theirs on Sky etc?

Tommy Ward

Won last night in a six rounder on a small hall show

Looked good against an obvious overmatched opponent

Wouldn’t mind seeing him against Gav McDonnell

Boxing on TV

Any chance we can have a thread updated weekly with the cards that are being televised and where?

Doesn’t have to be just UK channels, a lot of us have the ability to watch foreign channels so it would be good to find out where can watch these cards?

Anyone think it’s a good idea?

Do any international channels have this? Asking as a ‘friend’ has a box with lots of channels. Feel free to pm me if anyone doesn’t want to put it in here

Groves always looks Gaunt at the weigh in. He will probably be about a stone heavier than Eubank tomorrow night.

Valdez on points for me, especially having ‘home’ advantage.

I still think Valdez would win if it were in Manchester, but it wouldn’t be a foregone conclusion.

Re: Fury v Haye late 2013 - how would it have gone?

I went for Fury on points. I know he wasn’t convincing against Cunningham but he knew Haye was dangerous and would have to be at his best or it would have been curtains.

Re: your fighter of the year

How on earth can AJ be considered fighter of the year? Going life and death with a guy Fury completely humiliated almost 2 years before in his own country, and then getting a corrupt stoppage over a mediocre 2 week replacement to keep his fake KO record going? I don't get that. Fight of the year ma...

Wilder signed to fight Povetkin in Russia and then Ortiz. Not his fault if they caused the fight to be called off.

Good fight this. Big test for Ted. Cheeseman on points for me though. Jones is pretty game / tough and will make it a dog fight at times.
