to be honest lads i thought it was a bit premature to pull him out myself ,i did think williams was a few rounds behind but to pull him out with only 2 rounds left an considerin he had such a good 10th just thought it was the wrong decision you could understand if it was any other 4,6,8 round fight ...

a few good points here lads ! this would be a tough fight for sure and i wouldnt judge williams on his last fight against grant were he did enough to win against a technical slickster but his previous fights against the polish kid and against higginson were good results especially against the polish...

ye av bin keepin me eye on williams a was in the same gym as him when he was amateur i allways thought his style would suit the pro game he was a crackin body puncher then an he seems to of worked on it even more since hees turned pro

Seems to have disappeared from the schedule. yes ye see the thing is with this thread is that when tommy hearns beat frank bruno back in 1927 that was to unify the strawweight divison but i am sure it would of bean more difficult to step up to super bantam to fight lets say chuck liddel who beat larry holmes back in 2009 at super light matchst...
