If Peter Fury has been training Rico for 15 years I wonder why he’s never boxed seriously before? Why did he not have at least one ten rounder to “acclimatise” to the new distance and discipline? Thought it was crazy..even more so now as I feel if he had prepared appropriately with a couple of winn...

The biggest mistake I take from tonight is Rico not having a couple of 10 rounders against Top 20 heavyweight’s before stepping up for the big one. You can’t go from 5x3 to 12x3 just iby training alone, you need to step up gradually in “competitive live action”

I’d be interested to know how “pundits” are chosen.
Despite all shows being DAZN, It looks like the broadcast is “managed” by the promoters as Matchroom and Queensbury shows have there own “team” pundits.

Surely there suing him for their fees? Must have signed an agreement to pay before the fight took place…

Any fight schedule/timings??
Hope this is successful..it’s clear from Decembers schedule that relying solely on DAZN isn’t going to provide a decent standard of boxing at least fortnightly…
