Re: James Toney = Massively Overrated.
I just can't understand how Toney is so highly rated by members of the press. He was very lucky to get the decision against: Reggie Johnson, Mike McCallum I (a draw) and was flat out beaten by Dave Tiberi. He barely put a glove on Roy Jones Jnr, lost to Montell Griffin TWICE and also got beat by th...

Re: official khan vs judah
It's a shit fight if you ask me. Zab is done. He last beat a good opponent (legitimately) when? He quit like a girl against Clottey, and got a gift against Matthysse. It's not a fight that proves anything about Amir, I'd look at someone like Ortiz.... he's being hyped and isn't that good - let him ...

Re: i think khan vs maidana 2 make sense - why???
with the performance that khan put on last night , he is big business. Maidana also will get more big fights as he also put on a great performance. Khan before last night was being groomed to be a big star by HBO but his paycheck ($975k) and the crowd at vegas (around 4600) show that he hasnt hit t...

Re: Betting- De Gale V Groves
The two meeting now, at this stage in both of their careers, could do a major disservice to what could be a massive, more high class fight further down the line. Would much rather see it take place when they're both more well rounded/experienced as pro boxers. it would be high class now :!: & w...

For sure it will be a stiff. The one and only point of the exercise is for Groves to look good on his American debut..

Looking forward to PBF vs MP. Glad to see the original poster has broadened his his horizons since his 4 week holiday. This is a fight that must happen. I don't see how they avoid one another. Il tell you what will happen, Nevada will change their rulings regarding testing as has been hinted and se...

The way the question is asked, it seems to be directed at who influenced the sport worldwide and yet suprise, suprise 80-90% of answers are given as if the question were directed at the U.S.

Not that I expect it to last, but I guess I'm in the lead for the moment. Picked up a score of 85. Some of the more recent fighters, like Andre Ward, eluded me.

Re: Top 5 Welterweights of all time?
When ive seen these type of posts before i usually think most are pretty accurate, but i gotta say im stunned at the amount of people that dont have Hearns in their top 5. An absolute shoe in, in my opinion.. I think it's the Leonard factor that precludes many from putting Hearns in their top 5s. H...

I like Amir Kahn... And he gets a lot of stick. No doubt, the boy is talented, and he's in the best place possible of ANY boxer... Under the guidance of Roach... But his criticisim is a little unfair, he said he would be a World Champion... And he has... Honestly, I cannot think of any way of silen...
