Ed would it be possible to release the ringside podcast with just yourself hosting and mute out Spencer Fearon?
Would make for a far better 45 min listen.

Re: padwork
LeedsLad speaks the truth! Been saying the same thing for years, ever since the slappy/showy padwork has become so popular due to Mayweather. Fighters of old worked the bag, not mitts, for multiple rounds, working on technique and power, whille the trainer observed, broke down faults in technique, ...

Based on last nights solid performance Derry would certainly give most LW's in the UK a hard time, when the Corolla fight happens it will me mega tough to call but imo Derry's experience and natural strength advantage will tell. How did David do last night Billy? Best John PS has the extension start...

Re: Paul Smith.Attitude problem
I come on here to read interesting views from professionals such as Jamie Moore, Billy Nelson, Paul Edwards, Stephen Smith, Arnie, Bomber etc it gives me an insight into one of the hardest sporting professions around. These threads are boring, l think there is a bit of resentment from a few on here...

He didn't seem to take the defeat to Degale well from what I read. He said Degale was average and not very good. But Degale outclassed him in every round. I'm interested to hear whether or not he will come on and give Degale credit for his victory or will he have more excuses? You've only been on s...

Lower Tier defo at the Echo, you get a great view from there, was in Row A Outer Ringside for Swifty and Burns and had a great view at the Kelvin Hall though but actually preferred my view in the lower tier at the echo which was a cheaper seat. All depends on the Venue and in my opinion the echo mat...

Re: WHICH SMITH IS THE BEST ?
Never seen Liam fight so can't really answer. I've heard plenty of people say that Stephen is the best though. Liam was very poor on the Burns undercard and didn't seem to be able to adapt his style or tactics when it was obvious it wasn't working. Stephen looked a slick boxer against Simpson but d...

Re: SIMPSON VS SMITH afterthoughts?
I was ringside sitting with a lot of Smith's friend's l presume as Joe Selkirk was buzzing about during the Liam Smith fight, not sure how l ended up there but it was fine as l was supporting him anyway, and yes it was close but l think Smith did enough to win and that's from a Scot, as someone else...
