Re: Nikita Tszyu vs. Oscar Diaz - May 6, 2026

We bought the card also, we don't do that often. I enjoyed it and my take is that Nikkita is a good prospect and is improving in every fight. His division is stacked however and I think he is one or two fights away from a top tier fight. I liked the way also he stayed around and signed autographs an...

Nikita TSZYU PPV

When the TSZYU V Diaz fight costs $10 more than the Inoue Nakatani fight then you know that something is wrong. And the Japanese card is stacked.

Justis Huni latest fight

Hi all, just wondering if anyone can judge whether his latest fight was a good win career wise? Frazer Clarke appears to me to be a solid Domestic (British) fighter but hardly top 15 or 20 and Justis managed a very close decision. Should we lower our expectations of him based on that performance do ...

Re: Do you think boxing sucks when it comes to matchmaking?

This is just an example of whats wrong with match making. I really cant see where an up and coming heavyweight's management would make this fight.

Lawrence Okolie (6) V Ebenezer Tetteh (200 something) with a pretty average record.

Im sorry for being negative but I despair over fights like this, I mean does anyone else wonder who sanctions these titles and why? I love boxing its my number one sport but an Aussie title with a total of 4 fights between them. Such an iconic belt too. Caden Crawford 3 0 0 W-SD 10/10 Beau Piggott* ...

Re: Teremoana v Singh

i have thought about this fight a lot lately. The matchmaker surely must have some sort duty of care here. Too many guys risk getting hurt in this situation and there must be some recourse for them, sure they accepted the fight but an independant authority should be able to veto this. Boxing , after...

Brock looks great against the lower tier opponents I just hope he doesnt get hit too often in the head against these better fighters. A bit like Timmy to me, gets hit far too often.

Re: tim

Like all of us I watched the fight and was surprised at how little respect he showed his opponent. Just walking straight up and into punches, little to no defence, no boxing skills shown. I think that his game plan was completely wrong. The fact that he acknowledge before the fight that he didn't lo...

There is nothing in Massey's record to suggest he deserves this fight.

Re: Will the officiating be fair in Fury-Usyk II, or will the ref and judges help Fury?

What does everybody think the purse split will be for this fight? I would be disappointed if Fury was given an equal split. Also just between us I hate the return fight clause in Boxing contracts. Once you are beaten you should go back into the mix, but in this case the return fight would have happe...

I would love to watch this fight and am a bit surprised there is not much in the press.
He is #1 on Boxrec which means it is for a real belt (IBF). Anyone give Liam a chance?

Next for Nikita......? Commonwealth Title?

I am looking at a guy who has a good record and around the same rating as Tszyu.

Sam Gilley 17 - 1 - Commonwealth Champion.
That fight would sell I think and it would be a good match up too......Thoughts?

Someone may have to step in and make the decision for him. I don't expect that matchmakers or promotors have the fighters best interest at heart. They will never self regulate, it's been proven time and time again.

There doesn't seem to be much condemnation of Garcia for not making the weight. Admittedly they both beefed up before the fight but the point is to be a professional you must make the weight. Respect the sport.

I saw that punch by Geale and thought for a brief second that Daniel may have had a chance, it was a very brief second and GGG just walked straight through him. A great middleweight to be sure. He doesn't need to take anymore punches or stay around anymore. He owes us nothing.

6 rounds for a state title?

I know I'm probably a dinosaur but 6 rounds for a state title seems a bit light on to me. What do others think? I don't think it puts much value on a title fight. #797 Jude Grant 5 0 0 VS 6 #1012 Sandeep Kumar 6 3 0 Box-pro super middle bout Australia - West Australia State Super Middle (vacant)
