Re: McDonnell fight clashes with Champions League Final???

Think yourseleves lucky, it clashes with my wedding.

Uhm Choices:

1) Big screen at the back, when the bands on? (could ask for 3 tickets stubs from last 10 years, or they cant watch it)
2) Let them find it themselves in a bar somewhere

Re: Any boxer allocation tickets for Prizefighter in Liverpool?

I would have rather bought of the boxers themselves but I went straight to Matchroom. I'm really pleased/suprised that £30 is what I actually paid, No booking fee or secure postage rubbish.

Very happy was expecting to pay something like £38 with all the added crap.

Tony, at first I thought you was a right tosser when I saw you fight with how you behaved, but you've really started to grow on me. I hope you knock Mac into next week. And keep that bloody chin tucked away. I'll echo those comments Bomber, the way you have conducted yourself on this forum and a ce...

Re: Derry Mathews v Scott Lawton Press Conference

What's the name of this potentially stirring encounter? I suggest: 'SHOT & SHOTTER' Okay I concede 'shotter' isn't a word but you get the idea I'm sure Well done to the IBO for giving these two worthy fighters a 'title' opportunity, who would have thought losing your last fight in a lower divis...

Thinking of getting myself along to this, I have never been to the Olympia before. Are floor seats or balcony seats the best?

Re: Beetroot Improves Stamina

I have not even considered the taste yet. I don't mind a beetroot, but I can see this joining the protein shakes as a thrown down the neck job. Stick some ginger powder and some chilli's in it pal, it makes a lovely swap for cup-a-soup. I've got the same 5k race in 3 weeks so i'll see if regular dr...

All, Just a very quick one on the Beetroot thing, I have been drinking Beetroot soup quite regularly (about 2 Months) Monday to Friday at work for lunch. I got a taste for it on a visit to Poland with the missus. I could not figure out why my race (Running) times over the last few months have improv...

Some good replies thanks for that guys. As for calf strains, I not too sure. People have mentioned the stick, I struggle with knee tracking problems so I use a foam roller mosts days to loosen up the IT band. The roller can be used on calfs but I always have trouble working the calves on it, Its a b...
