No, Colin isn't the mandatory challenger. His fight with Gary was an eliminator, but not a final eliminator, he would need to be matched against a top ten fighter first of all. Would be a sell out fight though, no problem.

Actually I'll amend that last post, was a little unfair to Mcneil. I think Kev would win fairly well, but it would be a great match-up, but think Colin is very good just think Kevin is a little fresher and a lot hungrier. Well done to Mcneil for beating Gary Young, always thought he'd beat him.
