Re: mundine fighting in april
Looks like a Chavez Jnr v Sergio Martinez fight is in the works which would do big business so Anthony Mundine would be the last thing on his mind. Also Alfonso Gomez is set to fight Jessie Vargas on the Mayweather/Cotto undercard. So that won't be happening. Once again Anthony Mundine is looking li...

Re: 28/5/2011-Bairnsdale Card-Preview "Australia Has Talent"
I was there last night which started off with around 8 amateur fights to warm the crowd up. They were mainly kids and most the fights were pretty entertaining. Kerry Foley fought Adam Wilcox in the first of the pro fights. It was a pretty ugly fight with Wilcox trying to grab and hold a fair bit. Fo...

Re: Can someone who's watching Green v Briggs please do an RBR?
First I lose money paying for airfares to Sydney. Now I waste $50 to watch a piece of crap take a dive. Maybe Briggs should be playing for the Italian soccer team. Looks like I'll be watching this one from home. I know its always a risk booking flights and accomodation for boxing events as fights are often ...

This is not good at all. At least they are talking about moving it to perth. Pain in the arse to transfer plane tickets though.

Re: Green v Briggs called off?
Yeah I heard this as well at the end of sports tonight. They didn't give a reason and just said there will be a press conference tomorrow. This sucks. Hopefully its just postponed as I don't reckon I'll have much chance getting a refund on my plane tickets.
