Re: Joe Joyce: What’s next?
I feel like Domestic rivalries are all that's out there for him at this point. Dubois or possibly Chisora if he's still gonna fight. Maybe there's a few other lesser British Heavyweights or some other European softie they could bring over just to get him a Win, but as far as money fights I can't ima...

Re: James Toney vs. Lucian Bute
Co-sign. Nice summary. That said, if we take Toney from the Barkley fight - I think, this James beats Bute from pillar to post (IMO). Bute is a lot more skilled than Barkley ever was. The reason I mentioned Barkley fight is because that was the fight where Toney wasn't f*cking around (the way he di...

I think Tarver may well drop Calzaghe somewhere in this fight....and then he'd lose a decision.

Re: Boxrec: How to tell me your rankings are for sale, without telling me your rankings are for sale
To me it's not crazy to rank a guy in the Top 30 when he holds the Heavyweight Champion of the World to a Split Decision and knocks him down. The problem is, although Ngannou won in a lot of people's eyes, he lost on paper. I had him losing but Boxrec should be based on results rather than an indiv...

Re: James Toney vs. Lucian Bute
I think it'd be a good competitive fight for a time, but I can't imagine Toney wouldn't catch and knock out Bute somewhere along the way. I feel like Bute could box on even terms with him for a great portion of the bout, but his chin would ultimately fail him against Toney. Co-sign. Nice summary. T...

Re: Jermain Taylor vs Edison Miranda (2007)
Yeah he had a solid performance against Hopkins. They were all just kinda forgettable fights though. Pavlik vs Taylor is one that you remember as a great Middleweight title fight.
The Hopkins-Taylor fights really ain't.

Re: Edison Miranda vs. Antwun Echols
This would've been a f*cking awesome fight. I can see both guys hitting the deck in this one in a real slugfest. I think Echols would win it, but this feels pretty close to a 50/50 to me.

Re: Jermain Taylor vs Edison Miranda (2007)
He'd have stopped Edison Miranda. I could see him having some problems with him, and getting shook a few times potentially, but Taylor was a good bit more skilled than Miranda, and I think he'd have beaten Miranda. It was always an ironic part of Jermain Taylor's title reign that the best he ever lo...

Re: Sugar Ray Robinson: 5 guys that would have beaten him
For the record back in Robinson's era when guys routinely fought series of 3 and 4 fights I think even Leonard would've taken losses against the likes of Hearns and all that. There's not too many Welterweights that I would pick as a shoe in over Robinson in his prime, but there's certainly a few who...

Re: Pro Palestine/ Hamas "Hate Mobs"
They are pushing this propaganda onto kids. They are pushing 'male to female' men into women's sports, changing rooms, prisons and clubs. They are forcing boring as shit pro-tranny messages into films, television, computer games etc. I'm willing to live and let live with these strange and troubled ...

I'd imagine these weight classes will consist of 1 or 2 people fighting each other, and then one of them retiring as the undefeated Champion right? How many Transgender Boxers could there possibly be?

Re: WBA Unanimously Approves 'Super Cruiserweight' Division
If all 4 governing bodies approve of it. They can do as they please. I will never watch a fight in this Weight class. It's an abomination and a bastardization of Boxing. And any 200 to 225 pound fighter that's worth watching would be the first one to say "I'm a f*cking Heavyweight!" Doesn'...

There is a pictures of the two together. Any idea what Mike Tyson weighed back then. I have heard in smokers ...

Re: Joe Frazier vs. Ray Mercer
Frazier wins by UD in an all time great Heavyweight slugfest.
Mercer would definitely be tough enough to hang in there for the distance, and land his share of thudding shots on Joe, but Joe's superior skill wins the day.

I can see Cooper at his best giving Bruno a struggle, and rattling him with a few shots, but ultimately I feel like Bruno is the bigger, stronger guy. More talented. More heart I felt like. I think both guys would feel like they could beat the other guy so neither would give in easy, but Bruno is go...
