Re: David Haye news

http://www.livefight.com/images/pages/1384715804david-haye-shoulder-tyson.jpg David Haye posted loads of photos of his surgery, see link. Haye coming back to boxing wouldn't be a bad thing! he markets well and usually Wlad aside provides an entertaining fight. Albeit oppositionis sometimes questiona...

George Groves vs James De Gale

Its well documented that Groves is in the US training and sparring with the likes of Andre Dirrell amoung other top drawer fighters. Obviously the best sparring is beneficial to fighters and i think DeGale is a little like Dirrell when it comes to styles so hopefully that will benefit Groves no end....

Re: Another ******* David Haye Thread

I reckon there might be a bit of a curve ball

Haye vs Vitali on 2nd July, just because of Wlads ties with Chisora (too soon to fight?)

With Adamek and Wlad getting it on later in year

Just a thought :bag:

David Haye

So realistically what are his chances against either Klit. I think DH is well capable of points victories against both, however I think it's inevitable he will be tagged (hard) in the process. I know he took the barbaric power of Audley well  but does anyone believe once either Klit unloads Ha...

Re: Paul (Smigga) Smith V (James Chunky) Degale

I really really really want Smith to do a number on DeGale (Even though he has been less arrogant in this build up).
Trouble is i think The minute DeGale lands a few in succession the bout will be stopped....It is a FW card after all.

Come on Smigga !!! :bag:

Re: Froch - Abraham:Poll

I'm going to be a bit controversial and plum for a Froch win by KO. Reason for this is that although AA can bang, so can Froch, Both have awesome chins, but Froch is the naturally bigger man, Lets not forget this will only be AAs third fight at this weight. I also believe that AA has never been in a...

Re: Free standing punch bags

You can purchase free standing punchbags in the shape of a person, I think their called BOBs, They're pretty good for working speed and accuracy shots, but no good to unload on!

Roach says mannys not himself

Manny Pacquiao's trainer Freddie Roach fears his fighter is set to quit boxing to concentrate on politics. Five-weight world champion Pacquiao won a seat in the Philippine Congress in May and Roach said there are signs he has fallen out of love with the sport. Pacquiao, 31, meets Antonio Margarito ...

Re: Best of British

I literally just finished watching McClellelan-Benn and it was a really entertaining fight but I couldnt believe the amount of rabbit punching Benn got away with, the referee was really poor. It was a really good fight though :bag: . I agree, In fact i think the punishment Mclellan took to the back...

Best of British

Afternoon All, I recently bought a box set of Classic Boxing DVDs to watch in my digs on a night. On one of the DVDs is the Benn vs Mclellen. Very explosive fight from start to finish with a very emotional ending (if we're honest). After I watched that fight I watched the first Eubank vs Benn fight,...

Lopez vs Marquez

Afternoon All I know this fight is over a month away, but it's a fight that's rarely mentioned and i can't understand why! Personally i think it could be a contender for FOTY, and am very much looking forward to it. Which way do we see this one going, Lopez the undefeated up and comer with fast hard...

Referees

Right Chaps Was reading Boxing News last night and there were calls for the referee who precided over Enzo Macs brutal KO loss to Frenkel to be banned. Does anyone else think this is a bit harsh? I mean Enzo beat the count and was level headed enough to say he was fine and could box on, his corner d...

Re: Williams Vs Martinez signed for Nov 20th

I just think Williams has the edge being that he's an awkward fighter who has freakishly long Jab. I can just see him working his jab keeping martinez at length eventually taking advantage of Martinez inevitable frustration and wild swings.

Williams Vs Martinez signed for Nov 20th

Hi guys,

Just read that Williams is due to face Martinez on the 20th of November. To be fought at a catchweight of 157lbs.

Great fight in my eyes, My prediction being a Williams win by mid-rounds stoppage.

What do you think? :TU:
