Don't know why everyone says Ali is stronger after his layoff. SO he gained a bit of fat, big deal.

Dempseyfire: Of course they're people who overtly romantisize Marciano, some for ethnic and racial reasons. But let's assume the good users of this board are beyond any of that. Hi Dempseyfire. There is no reason for assuming that. There are dozens of boxing message boards and I find that this is w...

Agree with Dempsey, they'd both land some beauties but Tua would soon take advantage of Shavers chin

Tyson...everytime he gets in a streetfight his opponents come out with a disfigured skull and Tyson only gets a fracture or two on his fist.

This reminds me of Brewster, he was thought to just be a clubfighter and he was supposed to fight every fighter there is and then he goes and Ko's Vlad.

What a joke, the most notorious athlete in history, the youngest ever heavyweight champ, an undisputed champ(by way of unfication), and perhaps the most entertaining fighter ever doesn't deserve to be in the hof? He beat possibly the greatest light heavy in 1 round and took 4 to cast aside another g...

No way did Tyson hit as hard as Big George. Foreman, alongside Shavers was the hardset single shot puncher I have ever seen. Without doubt. What do you guys think of a prime Tyson against a prime Larry Holmes? And uhh, poor fighters with crude power and speed got to Larry on several occasions, and ...

I'm trying to think of Foreman blowing out a sturdy guy in one punch, Tyson has done that many times. Maybe not against the best fighters but legitimate 1 punch ko's against sturdy chins. . Who??? Dave Jaco??? Maybe Cliff Ettiene? Oh wait . . . Frank Bruno :D Joe Frazier had a better chin and was m...

Even a guy like McCline would embarrass Carnera, he had a funny style  Cooney would massacre the Klitschkos, Willard, Carnera, McCline, outside of Bowe and Lewis I think he's the top giant

Ya I think Tyson hits harder then Foreman. I'm trying to think of Foreman blowing out a sturdy guy in one punch, Tyson has done that many times. Maybe not against the best fighters but legitimate 1 punch ko's against sturdy chins. Foremans power is overrated and his accuracy and speed is underrated....

Tyson in his prime was a great puncher but he was not as good a fighter as Foreman or Frazier so i would pick Ali to win an easy UD. Anyone that thinks that Tyson was better than Frazier should get hold of some of Smokin Joes video's and watch them. We've all seen Joe Fraziers fights, he out lands ...

I can see Tyson is severely underrated here. When he was in fighting shape he beat the 2 greatest fighters available with ease, Holmes and Spinks aren't exactly prime greats but only a couple of heavyweights have wins over a prime great so that is useless to say. I don't know why "historians&qu...
