Apparently Stephen Adentan spars with AJ. I don't think anyone expected the fight to go this way. I'll say no more, just watch the KO :)

Re: Joseph Parker vs. Junior Fa - February 27, 2021
There is a lot of bad blood here. Parker will want to make an example of Fa (who has already been partially exposed). Of course Fa has one punch KO power that should not be overlooked. However, this has all the hallmarks of an early KO. Prediction : Parker via brutal KO between rounds 1-3. It's bee...

Re: The fight that made you jump off your seat
I really liked Vitali vs Sanders too, granted they were heavyweights and the fights wasn't as dramatic as some of the earlier mentioned fights on this thread. Sanders stunned Vitali , something we haven't seen often in a ring. Great adaptability by Vitali to overcome Corrie convincingly in the end.

Re: Daniel Dubois vs. Joe Joyce - November 28, 2020 on ESPN+
Let's give Dubois a break here. The young man panicked clearly and was probably scared of a career threatening injury (you never know how these things go). I just hope he's back in good shape and to continue his career. Let's support the man, he can only be good for the heavyweight division. Huge cr...

I don't know much about this young man Petar. Just watched him knock Kevin Johnson though, with a powerful left hook. Lots of damage done. How do you reckon this will go?

Re: Wilder says Fury cheated, loaded gloves
This guy has turned into the worst kind of loser ever. Got his ass kicked by Fury and has gone on to blame his robe, Fury's gloves, even the water his trainer gave him. He's like a bigger Adrian Boner.

Re: Usyk Height, 6,3 ?
I'd say so, he's quite a big guy.. Joseph Parker sized. Strange that someone that big is considered a 'small' modern heavyweight. I have a friend who's 6'4 and look like a peanut next to him lol.

Re: Round-by-Round: Dillian Whyte vs. Alexander Povetkin - 22 August 2020
Whyte's been nailed on 3 occasions now because of the uppercut - Joshua, Rivas, Povetkin. My god Sasha's punch was the biggest of them all, Whyte wasn't even hurt before it landed but he was out on his feet.

Re: New Faces: Arslanbek Makhmudov
He's a big scary fella, definitely loads of power and physical ability still there. About his ability to take a shot, i think it was Evgeny Romanov who caught him with a big shot and his legs turned to jelly. He did recover and finish the round strongly though.

Re: Joe Joyce vs. Daniel Dubois - 28 November 2020?
Credit to both men for surely taking less money for a behind closed doors fight (presumably PPV). Joyce doesn't have time on his side so can't keep fighting stiffs. This is going be a cracker. I think Dubois will have the better of Joyce but you never know with guys this big and strong. Would be fa...

Re: Mairis Briedis vs. Yuniel Dorticos - September 26, 2020
Quite close picks. I'm going with Briedis confidently. Same. He gave Usyk his toughest fight, albeit a couple of years ago. Yes! Not many gave him credit for his showing vs Usyk. There were times in that fight Usyk looked absolutely shattered. Only someone as great as the Ukranian could have manage...

Re: Could Tim Tszyu teach Errol Spence the chicken dance?
Just watched Tim Tsyzu vs Horn. Wonder why Horn rushes in head first all the time, he's inviting counters in the process. A slick counter puncher who's comfortable on the backfoot will eat him alive.

Re: How come brutal killing of Whyte was ruled TKO?
I was confused at this too. It was a clean KO, Whyte was out on his feet before hitting the canvas. A count was the last thing needed. On a different note, I saw a clip of Whyte sparring Vitali from 2012 I think. Had no idea this happened. Sparring is so fascinating, the stories that go on untold.

Wow thanks for letting me know, I never knew Omarov existed. Just took a look at his record and man he's defeated some big names - Yoka, Sergey Kuzmin, Makhmudov of course, Hrgovic, Joyce, Vianello etc. It's a pity talents like these never break through and make good careers out of the sport.

Re: Arslanbek Makhmudov - Russian HW: views
Do watch Makhmudov's fight vs Mihai Nistor. Hedid eventually win by KO but there was one point where his legs went all wobbly and Nistor really hurt him. Big scary fella no doubting that. Do you know what causes that head twitch?

Re: Wladimir Klitschko backs Filip Hrgovic to become a future heavyweight king
I think he's definitely one to watch out for. Watching his fight vs Joyce, I thought he won that to be honest. The Wilder sparring clip is also quite amazing, Filip was what 19-20 back then? He seems to be quite a grounded, disciplined character too. Hope he goes a long way. Cheers!

Re: Name your HW prospects?
Does anyone have any prospects/up and coming HWs they think will one day become legitimate world champions? No point mentioning Tony Yoka etc. I think Daniel Dubious and Arslanbek Makhmudov might make the grade depending on fights. Any others to keep an eye on? Vlad Sirenko I'd say. Great power in ...
