Re: Tyson Fury vs. Dillian Whyte | ESPN - April 23, 2022
Fury is now pretending this is the fight he wanted but it's not. He, Arum and Sulaiman rigged the purse split to try to lowball Whyte to not take the fight. Fury wanted the soft easy opponent like wilder or parker or some other patsy, but Whyte is the most dangerous guy he could fight right now. So...

Re: Boxing Is Slowly Dying Ya'll
contact sports in general are dying. boxing is already on life support in the states. football and hockey are basically eradicating physical contact from their sports.

Re: Who’s next for GGG after Rubio?
You know you're on the rise when everyone has already written your current opponent off and is listing the next vic, oops, I mean competitor. It would be a major upset and shock to the system if Rubio cans GGG in the first round. it would be a major shock to the system if rubio wins a split decision.

Re: Hopkins Will Foul Out Against Kovalev
Why does everyone seem to forget one of Hopkins biggest wins ... against the BIGGER Antonio Tarver. This topic is purely stupid. Hopkins will come to fight and win. Sick of people trying to blow Hopkins dirty tactics out of proportion. Hopkins has beaten every opponent with skill. Every once in a w...

Re: Ortiz Vs Chagaev to be ordered on Monday
Chagaev has been long overrated, and I've been eager for him to get involved in a match-up where he can get knocked off the pedestal that some of his overraters have put him on. Ortiz seems to be of genuine quality. He has a very muscular frame, a lot of power, very good accuracy at hitting moving ...

Re: Magomed Abdusalamov is still a fighter
The biggest issue with the Mago tragedy is that he was left to try and hail a cab to take him to the hospital after the fight. He waited, vomiting on the sidewalk, for several hours before he finally could get to the hospital. Criminal charges should fall against the commission for that one. That w...

Re: Wilder v Gavern
why didn't they offer the fight to ustinov? he was ready. willing, and able to take on fury. scared him into bs excuses. if wilderhad fought him and won, he would have made a statement.

Re: Tyson Fury
Most people have to, or had to work 40-50 hour work weeks or longer with all sorts of tragedy. Fury's training was done. He was @ a great weight. He had, at the most, 1 more hour of work to do. That's why I don't buy this. Ustinov is huge, and with a very good record. I think it was Ustinov's size ...
