And a KD at the end to cap it off. Chisora may be old and slow, but he's still somehow a genuine gatekeeper

Something did happen. It’s called getting Zhanged. And twice too :D :D I feel like a normal sized human being could well die from a flush shot by Zhang. Joe is a massive lump himself but in a way thats his downfall: he relied on his chin way too much. I noticed when some iron chinned boxers finally...

Re: Why do the BBBofC allow rehydration clauses...

This is a really difficult area. Historically, day-before weigh-ins for championship fights were introduced because in some cases fighters had come to the ring in a terrible state after dehydrating to make weight. But over time, that seems to have led fighters to take greater risks to get down to l...

Will be interesting to see how well this new mob actually know boxing. As Mayweather Sr put it, most people don't know shìt about boxing, and distinguishing a good up and comer from a dud is the job of an expert.

Re: DDD vs Tyson Fury

plodder for me is about the feet not the hands. dubs is fit and does keep the punches rolling to his credit and that makes him much more effective than your 1 shot at a time types, but i think his footwork is pretty slow and basic, albeit not a bermane stiverne or andy ruiz level of slow feet. vs h...

Had that not happened then Herbie Hide vs Danny Williams would have happened for the European Union title.
I think this was another accidental headbutt TKO. Why the hell didn't they change that rule decades before

Re: Fights journeymen were not supposed to win.

Surely been mentioned but a fella named Scott Harrison who was 4-0 at the time was expected to beat Miguel Matthews who was something like 11-80 , didn’t quite end up like that. Wasn't Harrison a victim of the old BBBC rule that you could be stopped on a cut even if caused by an accidental headbutt?

Re: Kell Brook's record is pathetic

His CV doesnt match his talent. Lots of reasons, as have been alluded to. Would have loved to see him fight Spence without the needless GGG beatdown. He looked class v Spence for 6 to 7 rounds. Went to pieces down the stretch. Giving Errol credit, he worked the body from the off, but squeezing back...
