I agree that Danny was the best thing in aussie boxing for only a short period of time , up until he put in a half heart-ed effort against Mundine. He agreed to fight at the set weight and as a "professional" sportsman should have prepared better or not taken the fight, instead of the excu...

I am from Perth and have been involved in am boxing since 1986 and I will ask some of the more mature guys if they know of him.
Was he Pro or am Title holder? I have quite a few local mags around that time,so i will check for you.

Hi Flogger You got it the wrong way round! The quality has improved with am boxers working to win medals at Major international comps and not just working to win a team jacket then turn pro. Also with the support and identification programs from BAI and ASC. Mundine and Green at their peaks would ha...
