Re: Changed Opinion

Thoughts on any current fighter who you thought was utter trash but come around to admit that he's good fighter. I'll start and say Tevin Farmer thought he wasn't worth mentioning to fight some of the bigger names at 130 but he skill and durability is much better than I thought even though his resu...

Re: Munguia vs GGG

Golovkin will whoop him. That's why Munguia will remain protected. Idk about that man. I'd favor GGG in the fight but I think it would be competitive. But I do agree on Mungia remaining protected at least until Oscar knows GGG is past it to the point he knows Mungia can beat him, if Golovkin doesn'...

Re: Did the Loma vs Lopez fight answered to the question how PBF vs Loma would pan out?

All the Floyd vs Jose Luis Castillo posts. The fight is actually somewhat of a myth manufactured by HBO. I was like most other fans and thought Floyd lost the first fight as well due to HBO commentators and unofficial scoring. Go to youtube and watch the first Mayweather-Castillo fight on Top Rank'...

Re: Round-by-Round: Charlo vs. Derevyanchenko | Charlo vs. Rosario - September 26, 2020

8-4 is the max possible score for Charlo. I had it 7-5. But, yes, Charlo improved. That was his first really big test. I expected him to fail it, but he managed to pass it. Think Jacobs or GGG will be stepping in with him before retirement? Other guys think Canelo won't go back to 160 to fight him ...

Re: Round-by-Round: Charlo vs. Derevyanchenko | Charlo vs. Rosario - September 26, 2020

Vargas was killing himself to get down to 147. Why he lost so many at that weight. He will be in prime form and probably run the division at 160. No clue why were even wasting our time talking Charlo Canelo etc. All will soon be irrelevant once Jesse cleans the division or chases them off to other ...

Those are the facts and perhaps why Canelo has had persist issue with golden boy since this time. Why? Because there are no money fights left or because you believe he wanted the fight and Oscar wouldn't let him? I feel like he was persuaded not to fight, yes. I believe he would have fought Golovki...

Canelo isnt a ducker, look at who he's fought Not frequently no I'll give him that. But 2015-2016, when GGG was knocking everybody out and Canelo vacated his WBC MW title was about as blatant as it gets. Him and Oscar definitely carefully timed until they saw GGG was just past it. Let's see, Canelo GGG 3 against old GGG, who else has good name recognition but is over the hill that Canelo can fight? Not even sure if Canelo wants to wait a few years unless it's a farewell passing of the torch type fight since he'll be the older man. I don’t think GGG3 is going to happen. He wa...

I believe Canelo won't have too many problems with him. Yea. Guess I'd reckon if a past prime GGG can beat the same guy that Charlo just beat. And an almost prime GGG was very close with Canelo. (thought I thought GGG edged it.) By that logic Canelo (who is about the same form if not a little bette...

Well seeing how close Derv fought Jacobs and GGG I thought any type of win for Charlo would solidify his place in the conversation for top MW. Who else is there for him to fight while fights with the big name guys like GGG Canelo etc. marinates? What's up with Andrade? He's held a belt for a minute ...

Re: Showtime's Espinoza: I Don't Understand Complaints About Charlos PPV Price

The price seems exorbitant but it's not the real problem. The real problem is that PBC has been putting mostly trash on Fox and Showtime and then asking people to pony up PPV money for every fight of any magnitude whatsoever. For real. Lomachenko is without an argument a far better p4p and probably...

Re: Write ideal boxing weight classes

I'm gonna repeat this: Someone like Wilder or Usyk will be CW champion while a far less skilled guy like Breazeale will be HW champion and that would be a travesty. Did I mention every decade has examples of smaller HWs <225 beating much bigger decent HWs. How would Brazeale be champion? Didn...

What's that got to do with what I said? I said he'd represent the most interesting challenge aside from Wilder or Joshua, and I'm right about that. Whether or not he'd score a KO doesn't matter. Yea you're right he does. At this specific point in time. As in, there aren't any other bigger guys at t...

Hell another thing. Look at the here and now. Don't even gotta go into the past for this. Fury is the Boss of the division right?
