Re: Broner is Good For Boxing
He's a wanker, but I agree. If it gets people talking it's good for boxing. he is a wanker for sure. He proved that by saying "the fight was easy for me" when it was apparently his good friend he just fought and barely won on the cards. I hope he gets his fight with Pacquiao and get...

Manny Pacquiao's missing fights
Hello everyone, been a long time since I posted here. Earlier today I got into wondering about the top fighters in the weight classes over the years in which Manny Pacquiao fought his way through, but fighters he never fought, for whatever reason. For example, he came close I think to a dream fight ...

Francesco Damiani-Mike Tyson
After looking at Mike Tyson's reign during the late 1980's and him picking up the WBA, WBC, IBF titles, I was curious to know who held the WBO title. Of course the title became official in 1989 so the WBO was vacant and this Italian guy, Francesco Damiani http://boxrec.com/list_bouts.php?human_id=37...

Re: Tyson vs Tua
Id have to put my money on David Tua for a TKO10. Tua had a hell of a good chin, great stamina, and a lot of heart to carry his way through the first few rounds which Tyson would win. But Tua's stamina and chin would win him the mid rounds up till a stoppage. Would have been so much fun to watch tho...

Re: Duilio Loi vs. Nicolino Locche
One person would definately know....and thats Carlos Ortiz. He fought Locche to a draw, and several years before that fight he fought Loi 3 times, and ended up 1-2 against him. That has to speak for itself about these two. It's frustrating not being able to view more on these 2 all time greats :(

So far this fight would have been a real technical battle from the sounds of it.

Duilio Loi vs. Nicolino Locche
Who would have won a match between these two at 140 pounds? I really don't know much about them but from what i've seen on youtube. Its a shame their isn't more video on these two because their records could fascinate anyone. Someone please give me a good detailed match here, or a good breakdown of ...

My vote is Andre Ward hands down. Still undefeated and nobody will even come close to beating him. Ward KO1

Re: Thomas Hearns vs. Paul Williams
I'm surprised so many people would pick Hearns over Williams...He probably has the better chance, but most people on this topic believe Hearns would cream Williams. Maybe the Williams today would lose a decision, maybe even late round stoppage. But take Paul in a few years and it has to be a differe...

Re: Boxers who flat out hated each other
Erik Morales-Marco Antonio Barrera
Pure hatred for eachother. I don't think their hate towards one another was for show at all, kind of like Ali-Frazier. These two definately won't be hanging out anytime soon.

Re: Evander Holyfield vs Joe Louis
Holyfield's stamina and smarts would get him into a brutal late round win by stoppage. He figured out Tyson and neutralized him, so I can see him figuring Louis out and winning by late stoppage....KO 11

Re: Earnie Shavers vs George Foreman 1976
Make it past 3 rounds against Shavers and you can out hustle him. Foreman had a damn good chin, and his chin would allow him to get through the first several rounds and then BAM...down goes Shavers

Re: Marvin Hagler vs. Dwight Qawi
Oh BS.....these clowns around here think Hagler was some sort of boxing guru, of which he was not. Just watch his fights. Then in his big chance to proove himself, he spends 12 rounds following Ray Leonard around like an amatuer, because in all his supposed mastery and greatness he forgot how to st...

Re: Thomas Hearns vs. Paul Williams
This is actually a very interesting matchup. Hearns and Williams are very similar physically and both have great speed and punch output. Interestingly, Hearns's greatest weaknesses were his stamina and chin, and Williams has both a very good chin and very good stamina. However, Hearns has to go in ...

Thomas Hearns vs. Paul Williams
At 147...who takes the cake here? Williams has a 3 inch reach advantage and throws more punches in bunches. He fought Margarito who has the ability to drop people the same way Hearns did. I bet Williams would win by split decision

Re: Marvin Hagler vs. Dwight Qawi
But if Qawi came in at 168 and Hagler, who always was in shape....it could make for a good fight. I think Hagler would win to be honest.
