can't seem to find Tomoki Kameda? where is he?

I was under t/impression (and it's been a while) that BOXREC always places a pug in t/last weight class he fought at? Is that true,or was it true as I see Canelo still at 154 after that disgusting 155lb. deal,hell if he needed another pound for that fight ... (THEN PUT HIM IN W/T/MIDDLEWEIGHTS) and ...

Out of t/following - which body is t/best and why...please no "there all garbage" answers. We already know that!!!! But they have a huge influence on t/sport - I mean how many belts and ratings can there be?
