Re: Primetime are showing kessler v ward for £5.95
Not if you already registrated for the Froch fight, that should definitely be it, now you're on their books. Didn't pay up for the Froch fight, so not on their books. Will almost certainly pay up this time, though, as I'm really looking forward to this match up. I'm a Kessler fan, but Ward definite...

Re: Primetime are showing kessler v ward for £5.95
Good price for an excellent match up. They'll probably pull that 'registration fee' rubbish bringing the price up to £9, but it should still be worth it. I hope they've improved their service from last time, though, as I hear it was pretty bad.

Re: Primetime Bunce
Just went to buy the PPV, until I saw this: "You will be charged a registration fee of £2.50 plus the cost of this PRIMETIME event at £12.95" Absolutely pathetic. I was planning to support Primetime, in the hopes that they could fill the void left by Setanta, but I didn't expect them to al...

Cortez did referee the fight with a slight bias towards Mayweather's style of fighting, but it wouldn't have made a difference to the result even if Hatton had been allowed to fight in a similar way to how he fought Kostya Tszyu. You could see that Mayweather was always able to match and nullify Ric...

After nearly getting knocked out by Limond, it is clear that Khan is not really ready to take a big step up in class at this stage. I quite liked the look of Lawton in his fight with Thaxton, which was a pretty gutsy performance, so it should make for a decent fight. I may even have a small bet on L...

It does sound strange that Palle would issue an ultimatum to Calzaghe to fight Kessler in September and then decide that the fight can only take place in November. For pities sake, what's wrong with September. Just get the fight on. It seems as though Palle are losing their confidence in Kessler's a...

I didn't realise there was a special offer on. £15 for 3 months of setanta sounds like a good deal, especially if you are into horse racing. I did look into getting Setanta last month but that was when you would have had to sign up to a 12 months contract. Sounds like a good offer. :box: I went to ...

It's quite a nice move from Warren it it's true. It will put the onus for accepting the fight squarely onto Team Palle. By offering 5 million dollars to Calzaghe for a fight in Denmark, Team Palle have effectively named a price that they can't refuse for Kessler to fight in the UK. As long as FW doe...

I think that if an offer came in from Kessler that was quite generous to Calzaghe, let's say a 60-40 split with the fight also taking place in the UK then the offer would be accepted. I'm sure Warren would prefer a higher reward, lower risk fight with Jermain Taylor but that fight looks increasingly...

It's pointless offering any amount of money for Calzaghe to fight Kessler in Denmark. The fight has to take place in the UK or on a neutral ground. Kessler may be an elite fighter but Calzaghe is still the bigger draw and the more established champion. Calzaghe is still the top guy at super middlewe...

10 miilion dollars! I thought that 4 million was a little low for Taylor to risk a fight with Calzaghe but 10 million is surely preposterous and shows that Taylor wants nothing to do with Calzaghe. To be honest, I'm starting to have a little more sympathy for the way Calzaghe's career has turned out...

Calzaghe on points at 3-1 seems like a decent bet given his recent run of fights without getting a KO and his tendency to fight down to the level of his opponent but I just think that Manfredo is too out of his depth to survive this fight, barring a hand injury. And I think that the fact that this i...

This shows just how much of a phony Mora is. A fighter of his limited ability should be doing everything it takes to fight a guy of Taylors standing. He should want to fight Taylor in his own back yard if he had to. At least Manfredo has got the guts to take on a champion in his own country. Mora is...

I wish someone who is a boxing expert could confirm whether it is actually technically possible for the fight to have been scored 118. If not, then there needs to be an investigation into the scoring to see what actually happened. As for Simpson, he will probably get over it and at least he left the...
