Re: Andy Ruiz Jr. vs. Anthony Joshua 2 - December 7, 2019

Ya, interested to see if Ruiz is on form again. A lot of people forget he has quite the history of mediocre/lacklustre showings. Bit of an up and down fighter, so let's see if he brings it again.

Re: Shohjahon Ergashev vs Abdiel Ramirez

I was really excited about Sho when I first saw him, battering Sonny Fredrickson, but he is simply way too hungry for knockouts and way too much looking for that same left hand, without much else to set it up. He was more varied here, but against a totall weak tailor made guy.

Re: Is British boxing heading for a decline ?

I'm somewhat biased given that I used to work for Hatton Promotions, but I believe boxing was better when more than one promoter had a deal with Sky. It made the domestic fights more intriguing. As good as I think MR has been overall comparatively, I agree. Can't really get the full quality of what...

I still can't decide which way I'm going on this. I do know however that I've started prancing round my flat exclaiming 'Lions in the Camp!' while doing that sort of half jog-half hot shoe shuffle that fighters do when proceeding to the ring, in my dressing gown. Fully embrace the Yarde bruh, becom...

Re: Edwin Rodriguez got the upset W vs Saul Sanchez 12-0 Friday

Checked Eddy's record, you can see lots of close scores in losses vs prospects and wins over them too. 10-5-1 was decieving.

BTW his nickname is Puto? :Doesn't that mean male prostitute or homosexual

Not long now till Yarde does the job by KO and we have another quality British world champ.

Let's embrace him instead of just making excuses about how Kov's totally shot to sh!t, even though he was quality last time out.

Gary Antoine should be moved faster. I get that he's only 23 but the opposition has been garbage for an elite amateur

Re: AJ: I was hit "by a lucky punch."

It will, but the fight game is a tiring game. I think the fight turned when AJ got wreckless following up vs a short guy who excels when opponents come in and trade. If AJ sticks to a more measrued approach from the start I think he has a much better chance to keep his senses and keep away from Rui...

Re: AJ: I was hit "by a lucky punch."

Ya, they were slow rounds, but both for AJ and I think if he can avoid being hurt he can make most of the rounds go like that. Bit like the fight vs Parker, the guy who beat Ruiz mainly by jabbing and moving and edging rounds.

Re: AJ: I was hit "by a lucky punch."

It certainly wasn't like the fight after the KDs. Felt AJ was edging it, and he did officially get both rounds and then a nice KD, if he can avoid being hurt bad he could well make the rematch go like that he could win pretty wide on the cards. If he drops Ruiz again or hurts him he needs to be more...
