i've been hearing he turned pro as a boxer..i heard he went pro in mma..and i hear he's still amateur..which one is the truth?

He was still competing in amatuer boxing within the last couple of months. I don't think he has turned pro yet. MMA - I truly doubt it.

yea lol i figured the mma couldnt be true, but if he's at ringside there's a chance i could fight him and im up to the task to see where i am against the elite in the 165 class w/ this being my 1 big tourney as an open fighter

I'm not sure if he'll be there or not. I know that he was a training partner for the Olympic team as he was the Olympic Trials runner-up. It is even possible that he is in Beijing helping the team train and sparring with the guys to keep them sharp until the bouts begin.
