Where to begin?

I'm very interested in beginning an amateur boxing career, but i haven't had any luck locating any coaches or schools in my area (Melbourne, Fl 32940). Currently i'm limited to open-sparring w/ friends & personal training which is hindering my development - Any suggestions?

Yes, you are lucky to live where you do in regard to boxing. You have 2 gyms in your backyard and at least a handful more within 40 miles or so. Those would be in Orlando, Ft. Pierce, and Port St. Lucie.
