After some arsehole of a magistrate convicted him of assault for defending himself against a low life who attacked him from behind while he was sitting down, he has good reason not to reason not to return to Queensland.

No. He was hit from behind while sitting in a restaurant. Seems he did too good a job of self defence.

One of my favourite news reports was when a bloke broke into Scott Logan's house while he was sitting in the lounge room... they were interviewing Logan and in the background the bloke was wheeled passed on a gurney while Logan calmly said "I used reasonable force to detain the intruder"
