Ratings Query

I dunno if this is the right forum but how is David Tua ranked at number 5 yet Chris Byrd is at 8?
Why is Oquendo at 18 after just 1 loss?
How can McCline only be ranked 14 after beating 2 top 10 heavyweights plus Briggs?
These are just a few questions over the rankings.I like your site and and stuff but your ranking system seems fairly dodgy.

I'm going to take a guess and say that McCline's win came after the ratings were rolled.

Grant, Goofi & Briggs were NOT top ten when McCline defeated them

I never said Briggs was I only said Grant and Goofi were.

If they weren't top 10 in the Boxrec rankings then I'm even more puzzled as Grant had only 1 loss and thst was to Lewis and Goofi had put together enough wins to be rated in the 10 by a few of the belts.
It really makes Tuas ranking look weird too as who has he beat??
He loses to Lewis and Byrd and beats Nicholson,Lane and Oquendo and he's ranked number 5

and that's whilst Byrd,who beat him,is at 8

How do these rankings get added and subtracted??
