New post to add officials for 10/17/84 fight

Hi,
please add the following officials who worked the Mario Savala v.
Alonzo Gonzalez fight in Reno Nevada at the MGM Grand Hotel on 10/17/84.
The judges were Herb Santos 117-111, John MacSweeney 117-110, and Dalby Shirley 116-111.
The fight was for the NABF Flyweight championship.
