The offical report is wrong. The video above clearly shows its a TKO and not a KO.
The ref jumped in to stop the fight (while Richards was still standing, because the ref jumped in, it knocked down Richards) before Richards was even down, then the ref was holding Richards down. Even if the ref started counting, Richards would have beaten the 10 count (I counted and he got up at 8).
