Boxing notes? Mike Tyson

I was looking over some records and noticed that under Mike Tysons last loss theres no note of him blowing out his knee. Shouldnt this be noted? There are other losses for different fighters and things like this have been noted.

Notes on the fight are being moved into the Wiki encyclopedia which is the open book to the right of the fight result.
