I assume you want to exclude Heavyweights? If not, Joe Louis tops any list for me.

Hearns, Langford & Saddler.

Gomez wouldn't be in my top 50. Accumulation puncher more than a murderer. Though he certainly had power

Has anyone seen more than six minutes of footage of Wilde?

Why is Satterfield on the list?

I don't even think he was the best p4p puncher of his own era.

Why should he be ranked over someone like Marciano?

Checkout their common opponent: Rex Layne

Why is it that Layne took satterfield's best sunday punches all night, yet one marciano right hand put Layne's lights out and sent his teeth into the stands?

If we compare their common opponents:

Archie Moore
Rex Layne
Ezzard Charles

Satterfield is 0-3 with 3 knockout losses
Marciano is 4-0 with 3 knockouts

My top 3 p4p punchers

1. Joe Louis
2. Sam Langford
3. Tommy Hearns

I might have to go with Bob Fitzsimmons as number 1
