I don't see how it is possible for him to have a boxing license with that kind of record. For non-champions to have 4 consecutive losses, or 3 consecutive KOs, in New York there license is suspended. The Scranton Assassin wrote:No Ed Strickland's record is much much worse. 0-31 and he's been knocked out 29 times. People forget even a guy with an 0-7 record would be considerd worse than Reggie Strickland's. There are probably thousands of boxers through the years with record far worse than his.
In Argentina, when a boxer loses 3 consecutive times by KO, is suspended it by 6 months, having to have he a complete medical revisación before being raised its suspension. If it returns to have something similar, most of the times, the license is cancelled to him. Equal when it accumulates a considerable amount of defeats, although they are by decision. It's certain that there are some boxers, mainly in zones very moved away of Buenos Aires, that are fighting without having license, because the same one was cancelled, but no would arrive, even so, nor to approach the 100 defeats

jerry strickland 13-122 retired by indiana commsision
jerry strickland has the worst record ive ever seen
In Argentina fighters are several frightful way to have those record. They are Víctor Adrián Britos, that has been fighting for near 8 years without license, with 4-40-5; Cirilo Coronel, in equal situation, with 2-27, Angel Santos Álvarez, 4-28-3; Andrés Gustavo Díaz, of whom doubt (maybe has done it) that has one more a defeat, KO1, with José Joaquín Rosa Gómez, has 0-13; Carlos Cerdán, 1-17-1; Carlos Ignacio Molinas, 0-14-5, and many more, than only fight by a little money, already not even with hunger to gain the fight. The majority does not give nor to be contenders, are only stairs to gain easy those 2 fights necessary to leave Argentina to fight and, in many cases, to lose but, to be engaged in dollars, which in a country that underwent the beastly devaluation that suffered this in the 2002, the more is coveted that never.

Damn...
One time a while back I accidentally downloaded what I thought at the time to be the weirdest fight.I saw a man about 5'7 with an enormous stomach and a guy about 5'2 who had horable posture and fat all over.not one punch was thrown between the 2 of them but atleast the fat guy jiggled his belly a few times. It was the only fight I've ever seen where the ref stops the fight due to inactivity and the judges didn't vote.I mean how could they,on looks?Go to search and search by name and type in Danny Wofford who has a record of W 17 (10 ko's) | L 100 | D 2 | Total 120.Then type in Frankie Hines who has a record of
W 17 (11 ko's) | L 120 | D 5 | Total 143
Lmao you ever wondered about the good fights you've missed that have happened out of the public eye, check out these 2 booty lickin sons of bitches who have prob THEE worst records in history.
