Tyson vs Peter McNeeley - Disqualification ?

You got this bout down as Tyson winning 1st round by DQ

But it ended because McNeeley's corned threw in the towel, does that count as being disqualified?

And if it does, then I think it shouldn't :P

McNeeley was disqualified because his cornerman entered the ring before the fight was stopped.
