Two Nicaraguan multi-division titlists. Only other Nicaraguan to have done that was Arguello. Alvarez's comp was far superior (Lopez twice, Porpaoin, Siriwat, Mendoza, Guardia). Gonzalez probably hit harder. I'd take El Bufalo by decision. It'd be a very good action fight, though.
