Bobo Olson

Ring Magazine of September 1945 has Charley Howard W4 Carl Olsen at Lightweight. No exact date or location is given, though the fight was probably held in July. It's not Ols o n, but I'm wondering whether it could be Bobo Olson, even though his record is listed as complete.

RRB 50 shows only two bouts for Olson in 1945. Both KO wins in San Fransisco, Nov.23 and Dec. 10. Opponenets; Art Robinson and Bobby Jones.

I would be reluctant to put that in Olson's record without a location. Olson is not that uncommon of a last name in the US, for there to be a possibility that there was another Olson.

Carl Olsen and Carl "Bobo" Olson are two different fighters.

RRB 1946 has Olsen L4 Charley Howard, Bridgeport July 11 1945.
