B.allegedly customer services

Post by smoothmoves »

Does anyone else have issues with them? I wanted to watch last nights card online, but they made it such a chore that I just gave up in the end. They say they have no record of my active subscription, but I still pay them every month and I still receive the channel. They wanted me to send them copies of my bank statements and reference numbers. Absolutely shocking customer service too. It just got my back up that they wanted me to send them sensitive documents, when the should be able to trace a subscription by name, address, email address and sky viewing card number all of which were provided to them when I signed up!

Can't complain about the content, but stuff like this makes me want to cancel!

Anyone else had similar problems?

you cant just view online you would have to pay another £10 a month to view online so they were probably right saying they have no record of you having signed up to view online so might be crossed wires

Piss poor they charge on top, and £20 upfront for first month - it's not like you can even record online version.

I lost my bank card couple weeks back, cancelled it and so their attempt to take payment failed.

The pay wizard website is shocking and I've been unable to change to my new details as links don't work, some instructions just wrong etc. Pay wizard customer service is just one guy who sends same cut and paste answer to any question asked!!

So their second attempt failed too and they cancelled my subscription so I missed Stieglitz card.

I have written them email but not holding out much hope. I had same nightmare with pay wizard when I first signed up too.

For their sakes I hope w.arren doesn't read that comment. Judging by how he treats his customers and his fighters, I would not want him as a boss

I got it sorted in end. They told me the paywizard website had "been under testing" hence my problems. Worked straight away next time I tried. They even waived my £10 (re)joining fee when I asked.....which was least I expected to be fair.
