A peak Brewster!!?? The best guys he fought before Wlad were journeymen and they beat him. And he followed Wlad with Meehan, Golota and Krasniqi, two of whom he struggled mightily with despite being no achievers themselves. I'm not sure there ever was a peak Brewster, except the one who pulled off the miracle against Wlad.

If ever two fighters belong in the same sentence it's Sanders and Brewster.

I think I'd take Fast Fres by decision.

Corrie's purer fight instincts and technique lays waste to Grant in 2.

Sanders/Valuev would've been interesting.

McCline wasn't a big puncher. I think he could have been overwhelmed in say 5. Valuev would not be a good match. Too big and tough. I think Corrie would get worn down in 8 or 9.

Sanders/Butterbean.
I think we'd only need a 4 rounder to settle this.

I think McCline could stand up to Sanders early assault and do enough down the strech to take a close decision.

Fatass crashes through the ring in the process.

Sanders/Maskaev would be intriguing. They certainly had different results against Rahman.

I think Maskaev stops Sanders in 6.

Here's an interesting one:
Sanders/the prime heavy Orlin Norris (not the shot one who fought there later)

I don't think a prime Orlin Norris was a heavyweight. Corrie in 3. Arreola might be a challenge. Corrie on PTS for once.

Maskaev 'went' plenty of times in fights. Basically if he loses to Corey, he loses to Corrie!

Say, the Norris of the Tucker fight. 91 Norris. He had weight issues at cruiser.

I think Maskaev also could get Sanders out of there. Several of his losses occurred later in fights.

Your chinny variety of heavy was made for Corrie. Seldon and Maskaev would be dog meat.
