If we agree on the statements youve made then why pretend Im attacking you and accuse me of lying while defending the biggest serial liar to ever appear on this message board? Typical trolling by you. I think weve established my comments had nothing to do with you and yet you continue to pretend they do just to start something. GTFO.

More lies, where in here have I defended him? I don't even think I've responded to him, I've pretty much been carrying on a conversation with TheOne. If you weren't referring to me, who else was talking about the Williams fight in a less than sterling manner? "Corpse like" was a clear dig at me, even after I told you that description was an exaggeration. Do you even read posts that don't come from Il Duce?

Your comments obviously had something to do with me and you're the one that addressed me in the first place just to start something. You're quite the transparent clown. I'm looking forward to the day when you actually address me with a stance I've taken or something I've actually said. With this kind of horseshit it's hard to imagine your book being anything more than an inane pile of lies.

So what exactly am I lying about? Lets have specifics. Are you trying to deny that on several occasions you have rushed to Douche's defense despite the fact that he has been caught lying several times. Yet you accuse me of lying about what?

I dont give two shits whether you buy my book. My book isnt for casual trolls like you. You would be much happier with mistake riddled, poorly researched, quickly produced material like Paxton's book or with fiction (read: lies) like Fair's. If you think my book is full of lies then have at it. Unlike some people here I have heavily cited everything Ive written about in the book so doubters like yourself can do their own legwork and track down the original source. Thats usually appreciated by people like you who cant think for themselves. But since you seem to think you have some kind of beef with me I suggest you borrow a copy and try to pinpoint all of my "lies." You just might learn something in process if you are capable. No? I didnt think so.

Can I have a link to your book?

Thats an interesting idea:

How does Ali do against:

Fulton
Willard
Miske
Brennan
Carpentier
Firpo
Tunney

How does Dempsey do against:

Liston
Chuvalo
Folley
Williams
Cooper
Mildenberger
Lyle
Young
Shavers
Foreman
Frazier
Ellis
Terrell
Norton
Holmes
London
Bugner
Wepner
Patterson
Bonavena
Quarry

I see Dempsey losing a lot of those fights without question. I dont see Ali losing to anyone on Dempsey's list. The only person who wouldnt get embarrassed is Tunney and I still think Ali would win wide vs him.

I don't think Dempsey beats Norton, Frazier, Foreman, and Liston.

I also think Ali's second tier opponents like Ron Lyle and Earnie Shavers are live dogs against Dempsey. Given that Dempsey was scared to fight black fighters their mere presence in the ring would have him shook.

He's the same size as Terrell. The difference is Terrell could fight.

BTW, I like you, Saad, and Duce, the latter of whom is a comic genius.

I can't believe anybody under ninety has Dempsey at one on their top ten hw list. It's like having George Mikan on as #1 on your all time NBA center list. There's been a lot of boxing and basketball since then with much better competition.

You're the one that addressed me little buddy. Once again you're lying about my "defense" of Il Duce. People started pointless threads complaining about him, I said that was stupid. You continuously group me with him like his chum. It's your trolling mantra. If you can't handle someone standing up to you, tuck your enormously inflated head between that giant space between your legs and STFU. Either that or come with something legitimate.

If Il Duce ever starts trolling me like you do, I'll pay attention to him too.

I think outright Dempsey loses to Liston, Frazier, Foreman, Lyle, Young, and Holmes. No doubt in my mind about that. I think Foreman would walk all over Dempsey. Horrible style matchup. Can you imagine the 187 pound prime Dempsey wading into Foreman?

I think hes got no better than a 50/50 chance against: Quarry, Bonavena, Terrell, Bugner, Norton, Folley, and Shavers.

I think he would be a favorite against: Patterson, Mildenberger, Ellis, Williams, and Chuvalo but I could see scenarios where all of those guys beat him.

I would favor him against the rest without much problem.

Again, I dont see a single person on Dempsey's resume that I think would come close to upsetting Ali. Only Tunney would not be embarrassed.

You quoted me when saying "douchebags" were shitting on Williams and lauding Miske. While you continue to deny it, you conveniently ignored the question of why you stated it plural or answered whom else you were grouping with the true object of your affection.

You also quoted me when I was talking to someone else about Williams. You can't even keep your own bullshit straight. Not that I care, feel free. Just don't sob when I call you out on your beyond hypocritical behavior.

In Khan's book about Dempsey he speaks of Jack Dempsey easily dispatching of Joe Frazier and Muhammad Ali as if they were Steve Garber and Ossie Ocasio. I knew that silly but c'mon.

Khan is also dismissive of Tunney . He called him pretentious because , egads, he liked to read. At least the gentleman Marine served his country proudly. He also raised a United States senator.

But I still think on balance Dempsey wasn't a bad fella...

My favorite Dempsey story is that Ali was dining with Dempsey at his restaurant and George Foreman came in. Ali excused himself from the table saying "excuse me, Mr. Dempsey" and then went on to harass George Foreman.

Il Duce wrote:Oh,

I see many fighters on Jack Dempsey's list that could a number on Cassius {1964 -1967}
and Muhammad {1970-1980}.

For one, Luis Angel Firpo could punch much harder than Oscar Bonavena, who gave
Muhammad a very rough go in 1970.

The Jess Willard of 1915, just keeps plugging Muhammad Ali with telephone poles for
25-Rounds.

Ed 'Gunboat' Smith said he would have punched Cassius in the mouth at the weigh-in,
and then waited for him outside his Dressing Room before the bout, and hit him in the
head with a chair.

Gunboat, 'You rough up a punk like that, you don't play word games with an imbecile.
He's too dumb to even understand the things he says.'
This guy is going to strike fear in the GOAT:

"For one, Luis Angel Firpo could punch much harder than Oscar Bonavena, who gave

Bonavena was a much better fighter than Firpo. Im not even sure Firpo was a harder puncher. Their KO percentages are almost identical despite Bonavena fighting a higher caliber of competition from the beginning of his career to the end and almost twice as many fights. Factor that in with the fact that Ali had boxed three rounds professionally in nearly four years and his being the first and only man to stop Bonavena looks pretty damn good compared to Jack Dempsey's life and death bout with the slow witted, plodding, unskilled Firpo.

The Jess Willard of 1915, just keeps plugging Muhammad Ali with telephone poles for
25-Rounds.

When did Willard EVER use his height? Several fights of Willard's exist and he never used his height to tee off on guys with "telephone" polls. He always lets the smaller man walk right into his chest and then tries to bank away with uppercuts and use his size to tire the guy out by walking him around and tying him up. I dont see Ali walking right into Willard. Willard would be clumsily, and slowly stalking Ali with that low guard while he ate jab after jab.

The 175 pound Gunboat Smith, who fought in a style similar to Willard would have had to have hit Ali behind the head with a chair prior to the fight to win. Even then I dont think he would have won.

He's also the only man to stop George Foreman. I laugh when I read posters who say his punches didn't hurt. Like Larry Holmes said" before you roll somebody you got to get them drunk first."

Also, Archie Moore and Zora Folley said Ali's jabs at the side of their heads made them discombobulated.
