I'd like to know what some of the pro-Fury posters think. Mr Pedigree, mickey etc. Not taking the piss, I'm just curious.

Unless his Twitter account has been hacked, I think, 'Just to confirm I'm not in a bad mood or anything. I've retired 1000000% no matter what ill never fight again!' means that he's declared his retirement.Groove Armada wrote:You actually believe he retired?

He wants to fight, he has got pi55ed about a bit recently from promotors, he has probably gone through months of training for nothing!!
He has had a few wife beaters judging from his twitter after a few weeks of promotor set-backs not of his doing!
He'll wake up with a monster of a hangover, feel refocussed and Wilder will be announced this or next week for a Feb card.
There gents, thats what is happening!!

He'll stay retired until Wilder loses then he can claim to no longer need to fight him!

Fury v Wilder will only happen with a title at stake.
Fury's playing games with the media, probably seeing if he can make the news like Haye has with his shoulder!
Is he in today's papers?

Probably as long as David Haye's.
Re: How Long Will Tyson Fury's Retirement Last?
He's arsing around - Peter Fury has rubbished this claim on TalkSport
Re: How Long Will Tyson Fury's Retirement Last?
He needs an eliminator or somthing to get him up & set his sights on.
He must be well deflated!
I wouldn't blame him if he walked away for a while! Take a string out of Hayes bow

Re: How Long Will Tyson Fury's Retirement Last?
Peter Fury has just called out Golden Boy's Richard Schaefer on Twitter regarding Wilder fight
"Come on Schaefer by your words we don't need TV your the big shot in boxing, make me an offer now!!"

No. 1 rule of boxing:
Retirement of a boxer lasts as long as his money lasts.
I guess once he runs out of money (goes quickly if the fighter is an idiot) he will find that a regular job is not fun and he will box again.

PR stunt
if anyone thinks he is seriously retired they are as deluded as he is
prob just upset by the millions he lost out to from sky box office, after what he has shelled out for this fight
