Re: Gallaghers head
Nice stable but I think some of them are at the top of their game so may not be holding those belts next year. Still, well done Joe!
Re: Gallaghers head
Looking at that pic, you'd never think Callum and Paul Smith are fighting in the same division
Re: Gallaghers head
Apart from Paul who else do you think has no improvement left? I can see them all getting better bar the elder Smith.TopGun wrote:Nice stable but I think some of them are at the top of their game so may not be holding those belts next year. Still, well done Joe!

I like Beefy's style, he has a great workrate but lacks power massively. I can see him getting beat but someone slick/awkward who's not as good as him but Beefy won't have the style to KO (a Witter type of awkward opponent)DMA1987 wrote:Apart from Paul who else do you think has no improvement left? delighted for Joe. Gets a lot of stick and praise in equal measure but just carries on regardless getting results for his employers - aka the boxers!

Crolla is not going to beat Ricky Burns and won't go any higher.DMA1987 wrote:Apart from Paul who else do you think has no improvement left? Could Crolla beat Emiliano Marsili, I dare say he would be in with a chance so could get to European level.TopGun wrote:Crolla is not going to beat Ricky Burns and won't go any higher.DMA1987 wrote:Apart from Paul who else do you think has no improvement left? Very good trainer it can't be denied
Re: Gallaghers head
He is a very good coach and his results prove it but by the sounds of it I think he's thinking he deserves some award at the bbc awards
Re: Gallaghers head
How tall is Paul Smith?! He's listed as being 5'11 but looks shorter than Liam and doesnt look much taller than Stephen either.

He is shorter than Groves who is 5ft 11. I'd a 5ft 8.

What fights are his fighters ever underdog in? They all are fights 70/30 in their favour. Swifty smith and Callum smith are the two best in my opinion.

Stephen Smith was a fairly big underdog against Buckland.DazBoxingFan wrote:What fights are his fighters ever underdog in? They all are fights 70/30 in their favour. Swifty smith and Callum smith are the two best in my opinion.

Dont particularly like Gallagher - but with that said his consistent and methodical approach to boxing has earned excellent reviews.
He has done extremely well over the years.

Is there a reason why you don't like him.
